CHARGING

Please fully charge the Stun Speaker before using for the first time.

Connect the USB A end of the Charging Cable to a USB Charging Port and insert the Micro USB end to the port on the Stun. Make sure it is properly connected. The red indicator light will be lit while the Stun is charging. When the battery is full, the red indicator light will automatically switch off.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

TURNING ON AND OFF

To turn on, press the Power Button. The speaker will play the start-up audio tone. To turn off, press the Power Button. The blue indicator light will blink repeatedly when the Stun is powered on.

PAIRING WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES

Your speaker must be paired to a Bluetooth device before it can be used. It is only necessary to pair your speaker once with each device.

1. . Open the Bluetooth Menu on the device you wish to pair. Some devices require you to select “search for devices” or “add new device” in order to create a Bluetooth pairing.
2. With the speaker turned off press the Power Button. Navigate to Bluetooth Mode if the speaker is not already in Bluetooth mode, the speaker will play a pairing voice prompt while awaiting a Bluetooth connection.
3. Wait until you see “Stun” on your device screen.
4. Select “Stun” on your device and follow any further prompts to pair. Once pairing is complete, the speaker will play a short tone and will be ready to play audio via Bluetooth . The blue indicator light will blink at a slower rate when pairing is complete.

Note: If you are unsure on how to access your Bluetooth Menu on your device, please refer to your device’s instruction manual.

LOCATING THE BLUETOOTH MENU

iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch:

1. On your device, go to Settings.
2. Select Bluetooth. If Bluetooth is not on, turn it on.
3. The iPhone / iPad / iPod will automatically search for new devices.

Android Phones and Tablets:

1.  On your device, go to the Settings Menu.
2. Select Bluetooth (on older Android devices Bluetooth is found in the Wireless and Networks Menu). If Bluetooth is not on, turn it on
3. Select “Search for Devices” if your phone or tablet does not automatically search for new devices.

CONNECTING WITH PAIRED DEVICES

Once the speaker is switched on, it will automatically connect with the last paired Bluetooth device that is on and within range. If the speaker does not connect automatically, open the Bluetooth Menu on your device and select “Stun” from the Bluetooth device list.

Aux Mode

To enter Aux Mode, plug an aux cable into the aux input on the back of the speaker and plug the other end of the cable into the device that you wish to play audio from. Note: In Aux Mode, only the volume controls will work.

FM Radio Mode

Press the Mode Button to toggle the speaker into FM Radio Mode.

Micro SD Card Mode

To enable Micro SD Card Mode, insert a micro SD card into the Micro SD Card Slot. The speaker will automatically enter Micro SD Card Mode.

USB Mode

To enter USB Mode, insert a USB flash drive into the USB Port. The speaker will automatically enter USB Mode.

TROUBLESHOOTING

1. My smartphone cannot find any new Bluetooth devices?
   • Ensure the device has entered the pairing mode.
   • Ensure the device is within an effective working range.
2. Bluetooth device cannot pair up?
   Ensure your mobile phone allows new connections and has not reached the maximum number of allowed devices.
3. The device does not play music or answer calls when it is connected to a Bluetooth mobile phone.
   • Ensure your mobile phone supports A2DP and HSF (Hands-Free) profiles.
   • Ensure your mobile phone is within an effective working range.
4. When paired with my computer, Windows asks for a new driver. Can you supply this?
   We recommend you find compatible drivers for your computer online.
5. Why can I not remotely control the Pause / Play / Previous / Next functions when music is playing?
   This feature needs the Bluetooth device paired with the speaker to support AVRCP (Audio / Video Remote Control Profile). Please ensure your device supports this..

BLUETOOTH PAIRING

1. Switch the power on. The display screen will indicate “Hi” and a welcome tone will be audible.
2. Cycle to Bluetooth mode by pressing the “Mode” button until the display screen indicates “bt” the speaker will beep twice. The Bluetooth symbol will flash, this means that the speaker is ready to pair with your Bluetooth playback device.
3. Activate the Bluetooth on your playback device and search for “Rocket”. Select “Rocket” from device’s List  to connect, You will hear a connection tone after the speaker has been pored successfully  and the Bluetooth LED will step flashing.
4. You can now Playback audio through the speaker.
5. Music tracks can be selected either on the speaker or on your playback device (smartphone, computer, tablet etc.). Press the “next track/fast-forward button” to skip to the next Song. Press previous track/rewind to play the previous song.
6. Volume can be controlled either on the speaker or on your playback device (smartphone, compute. etc.). Press “volume up” or “volume down” on tie speaker to adjust the volume as preferred.
7. Press the “play/pause” button on the speaker to play or stop music.

PLAYING MP3’S FROM A USB FLASH OR MICRO SD CARD

1. Switch the Power “ON”.
2. Insert USB flash disk or micro SD card into the slot. The music stored will be played automatically.
3. Music tracks can be selected with the control buttons on the speaker. Press “next track/fast-forward” or “previous track/rewind” button to select songs you would like to play.
4. To fast forward to a song section, press and hold the “next track/fast-forward” button while scrolling to your desired sector. To rewind to a song section, press and hold the “previous track/rewind” to rook Luck your desired section.
5. Press “play/pause” to play or pause the music.
6. Use the “volume up” and “volume down” buttons on the speaker to adjust the volume accordingly.
7. Press “track repeat” to replay the song again when finished.

Note: In Bluetooth mode, inserting a USB flash disk will disconnect the Bluetooth and switch to playing from the USB flash disk. Press “Mode” to switch back to Bluetooth mode.

FM RADIO:

1. Use the provided audio cable as an antenna to receive a good FM radio signal.
2. Once the device has been turned on, press the “mode’s button to cycle to FM radio mode.
3. Use the play/pause button to search for all available FM channels and store them automatically.
4. To navigate between radio stations, use the “next track/fast-forward” or “previous track/ rewinds buttons to select radio stations.

Note: Inserting the audio cable while the speaker is in FM mode, will cause the speaker to automatically switch to Aux mode. Pressing the “mode” button again will cycle back to FM mode.

Aux-In:

1. Press “mode” to cycle the speaker to aux mode.
2. Plug the provided audio cable into the compatible device’s line-out or headphone-out” and then into the “aux-in” of the speaker.

MAKING AND RECEIVING CALLS

• When the speaker is paired to your smartphone, you will be able to make or receive calls using the built-in microphone.
• When receiving a call, press the “play/pause” button on the speaker to answer and end calls.

Please do NOT attempt to change the battery yourself. If the battery has died and you do not want us to replace your battery, you should follow the disposal instructions below:
