Download VeryFitPro app

The smart band needs to pair with the smalt phone through the app. Before downloading, please refer to the working conditions for mobile. Way to download 1: Searching the QR code, scan and download app.

Please use the QR code Scan tool to scan the following QR code and open the link and download app. In case there is any problem to open the link, please try to copy the link and open it by the browser.

Way to download 2: Search in the phone market and download.

Please search and download the “VeryFitPro” from App Store or Google play store.

Device Activate & Charge

Make sure power is working normally before initial use. In case the device is under low battery, connect the device to the charger. The device will automatically boot up (please connect the USB in normal DC pott (5V-500mA) for charging as below. The host should be separated from the strap when charging).

Pair the device

Open pair device in the app, please make sure the Bluetooth is ON when pairing the device. When searching and pairing the device, please long press on the screen of the device and activate the device (light on). App will search the device automatically, choose the device name and connect the device to the app.

  1. Under incoming call, message notify mode, the screen will still display the last time text and sliding when there is a new notification coming in.
  2. If there is a call or message come, the device will force into call/message alert mode no matter under whatever other mode, after quit, it returns to the previous mode.

Functions Instruction

Activities Record: Record daily activities, you could check daily activities including steps, distance and calorie consumption in the app; Sleep Monitoring: Device could automatically recognize your state and monitoring the whole sleep progress with analyzing the deep sleep and light sleep hours; Notification Alerts: Alarm alert, call alert, sedentary alert, etc. by silent vibration; Anti-Lost: When the smart phone is beyond the Bluetooth range (5m), the device vibrates to remind. Remote Camera Control: Operation on the semen could control remote photograph shooting. Heart Rate Monitoring: Device monitors your heart rate status and help 11.r make suitable exercise plan. Device Data Storage: The activity data will be cleared every O:OOam as a cycle, but the device itself could restore 7 days’ data, after 7 days, the data will be cleared. We suggest user to sync data with app at least one time within 7 days during use.

Common Faults

Can’t find device when pairing device?

Please make sum the smart phone Bluetooth is ON and smart phone OS Android 4.4 & above and iOS 7.1 & above. Please make sure the device is near the smart phone when pairing (normal 0.5m) and among the normal Bluetooth communication distance range (within 10w). Please make sure the device is not under low battery. If there is still problem after full charge, please contact us.

Can’t connect the device with app?

Some smart phone Bluetooth service will be abnormal when reboot. Please reboot the Bluetooth or reboot smart phone for pairing device.

How to Restore Factory Defaults

Make sure the device is connected with app, go in the app, enter “Mine-SystemSetting” and choose “Reboot Device”.

How to update the device

Make sure the device is connected with app, go in the app “Device – Device update”, please wait some minutes before update done.

VeryFitPro ID205L Smart Watch User Manual

What’s in this document
This manual gets you started quickly with setting up your watch. The setup ensures that your watch can synchronize its data with the VeryFitPro app, where you can get detailed information on your stats, view historical trends, log sleep, and more. As soon as the setup is complete, you’re ready to start moving. The remainder of the manual walks you through every function on your ID205L.

Setting up Your Watch

Charging your watch
Please fully charge your watch before initial use.

  1. Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch until it attaches magnetically.
  3. Make sure the pins on the charging cable lock securely with the port. The connection is secure when the watch vibrates and the battery icon with percent charged appears on the screen.

When the watch shows that the battery is low, connect the watch to a USB port with 5V-500mA.
While the watch charges, there is a battery progress bar on the screen and you can press the function button to check the battery level.
Remove the watch from the power supply once fully charged.

  • USB charger requirement: DC USB port (5V-500mA)
  • Charging time: 2-3 hours

Disassembling / Assembling Your Watch
Disassembly

  1.  To remove the wristbands, turn over the watch’s find gently pull the quick-release lever.
  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, the wristband away from the watch to release it.
  3. Repeat on the other side.

Assembly

  1. To reattach the wristbands, slide the pin (the side opposite the quick-release lever) into the notch on the watch. Attach the wristband with the clasp to the top of the watch.
  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the wristband into place.
  3.  When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick-release lever.

Wearing Your Watch

All-day wear and exercise
For all-day wear when you’re not exercising, wear the device on your wrist horizontally, a finger’s width below your wrist bone, and lying flat, the same way you would put on a watch.
For optimized heart rate tracking, keep these tips in mind:

  1. Experiment with wearing the watch higher on your wrist during exercise. Because the blood flow in your arm increases the farther up you go, moving the watch up a couple of inches can improve the heart rate signal. Also, many exercises such as bike riding or weight lifting require you to bend your wrist frequently, which is more likely to interfere with the heart rate signal if the watch is lower on your wrist.
  2.  Do not wear your watch too tight. A tight band restricts blood flow, potentially affecting the heart rate signal. This being said, the watch should also be slightly tighter  snug but not constricting) during exercise than during all-day wear.

  • The VeryFitPro app is only compatible with smartphones, not tablets or PCs.

Pairing the Watch with Your Phone
Please pair the watch with your phone in the VeryFitPro app, NOT in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.

① Enable the Bluetooth of your smartphone.
② Open the VeryFitPro app on your smartphone and go to the “Device” page, tap “Bind Device”, then your smartphone starts searching for devices.
③ In the list of found devices that appear on your smartphone, tap on “ID205L” to connect the watch to your smartphone. (If your phone failed to find ID205L, please search the watch on your smartphone again.)

Notes:

  •  Once the watch is connected to your app, the watch will automatically search and reconnect itself if the connection is lost or when Bluetooth is restarted after manual disconnection.
  • If the watch is unbound from the app, the information on the watch will be reset, and the information on the app will be cleared. Please do not unbind the connection unless there is an issue that will require a reset.
  • The watch can only pair with one smartphone at a time. When pairing, please ensure the watch and your smartphone is within 0.5 meters distance.

  • While the optical wrist heart rate monitor technology typically provides the best estimate of a user’s heart rate, there are inherent limitations with the technology that may cause some of the heart rate readings to be inaccurate under certain circumstances, including the user’s physical characteristics, fit of the device, and type and intensity of activity.
  • The activity tracker relies on sensors that track your movement and other metrics. The data and information provided by these devices is intended to be a close estimation of your activity and metrics tracked, but may not be completely accurate, including step, sleep, distance, heart rate, and calorie data.
  • If you have eczema, allergies or asthma, you may be more likely to experience a skin irritation or allergy from a wearable device.

  • Prolonged rubbing and pressure may irritate the skin, so give your wrist a break by removing the band for an hour after extended wear.

Maintenance

  • Regularly clean your wrist and the fitness tracker, especially after sweating in the exercise or being exposed to substances such as soap or detergent which may attach on the internal side of the tracker.
  • Do NOT wash the fitness tracker with household cleanser. Please use soapless detergent, rinse thoroughly and wipe with a piece of soft towel or napkin.
  • While the fitness tracker is water resistant, it’s not good for your skin to wear a wet band.

  • If your bands get wet—like after sweating or showering—clean and dry them thoroughly before putting them back on your wrist.
  • Be sure your skin is dry before you put your bands back on.

                          USB Charging

                          If the charging red indicator is not on when you plug the device in a USB port for charging, check the direction of the device’s charging plug and move to the correct direction. Make sure the pins on the charging plug contact the pins in the USB port.5

1. Download “VeryFitPro” APP for Android and iOS Smart Phones
Search for “VeryFitPro” in APP store or Google Play. Once APP is located, please download and install it to your smart phone.

1) This fitness device is for iOS 7.1 & above or Android 4.4 & above. Please refer to the operate system above for device compatibility.
2) “VeryFitPro” APP is only compatible with smart phones.

Scan QR code to search for the APP. Use a QR scanner to search for the “VeryFitPro” APP in the APP store or Google Play.

2. Charging
For optimal binding and function of your device, please make sure your device has been charged for at least 10 minutes before initial use.
The device is fully charged after 1 hour.

Charging: remove the host from the wrist band by gently pulling the band out of the host; connect the device host to a normal DC USB port (5V-500mA).

3. Bind the Device
Make sure your smart phone’s Bluetooth is ON before attempting to bind your fitness tracker.

1) Open “VeryFitPro” APP and on the bottom toolbar, go to “Device” tab.
2) Tap “Bind Device” at the bottom of “Device” page and your smart phone starts searching devices. In the list of found devices, tap ID115U/ID115U HR and confirm to connect the device to your smart phone.

1) The fitness trackers screen needs to be awake (tap the touch key to light the screen) to bind with your smart phone. If bind failed, wake up your tracker and restart device search.
2) If you unbind the device under connected state, the APP will set the settings back to default and all the data on device will be cleared. If you unbind the device under disconnected state, the APP will set the settings back to default, but the data on device will not be cleared.
3) The device can only link to one Bluetooth device at a time. During connecting please confirm there is no other Bluetooth devices nearby.

How to Use

Once the device is connected to the APP successfully, it will record and analyze your activities and sleeps automatically, as well as monitor heart rate status. Please tap the touch key on the device’s screen:

In the APP Mainpage, tap “Device”→”Camera” to open your smartphone camera. Flip your wrist or tap the touch key of the device to shoot photos.

Notification Feature Instruction:

When a call or message comes in, the device will enter call/message alert mode. After the alert, it will go back to the previous mode.

(Synchronize Data Method: In connected state, go to Main page in the APP, and swipe down the screen to synchronize data to the APP.)

FAQ

  • Charge the device

Make sure the direction of the device’s USB plug is correct when plugging into the USB port for charging. For correct charging, the device’s red indicator turns on and will be off when the device has been fully charged.

Warm tips: Please remove the device host from the power supply once fully charged. Prolonged charging may shorten the battery’s life.

  • Pairing

    1) Make sure the Bluetooth of your smartphone is ON.
    2) Make sure the distance between your smartphone and the device is within 0.5 meter.

3 ) Make sure the “VeryFitPro” APP is trusted by your smartphone by going to your smartphone system Settings, finding “VeryFitPro” APP and enabling the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.

4 ) Make sure the fitness tracker is under unbind status before pairing.

5 ) Open “VeryFitPro” APP on your smartphone and tap “Device” → “Bind device”, then your smartphone starts searching devices. Select “ID115U” or “ID115U HR” in the list of found devices, and tap “ID115U” or “ID115U HR” to connect the device to your smartphone.

6 ) If you failed search the device, reboot your smartphone and Bluetooth to search it again.

For iOS smartphones, if you failed to find “ID115U” or “ID115U HR” in the APP, take the following steps:
a) Go to your smartphone “Settings” → “Bluetooth”. Under “MY DEVICES”, find “ID115U” or “ID115U HR”, tap “” → “Forget This Device” and turn off Bluetooth.
b) Reboot smartphone and open the “VeryFitPro” APP. When asked whether to turn on the Bluetooth switch, click OK to search and bind your device.

  • Receive SMS/Calls notifications

Calls/SMS notification function works when the device connects to your smartphone via APP. Please kindly refer to the following tips:
1) Go to your smartphone system Settings, find “VeryFitPro” APP and enable the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.
2) Turn Bluetooth on and go to the “VeryFitPro” APP to bind the device.
3) Switch “Call/SNS Alert” function on, and click ” √ ” to save your settings.

  • Count steps

Regarding the step counting, this fitness tracker has a built-in 3D sensor. It registers your steps when you swing your arm. Sometimes the data on device may displayed a little delayed. And it will reset itself if you walk continuously less than 10 steps. To test the accuracy of the pedometer, please walk casually and continuously up to 100 steps or more.

  • Measure heart rate (ID115U HR version)

Make sure the wrist band sits neatly on your wrist before use. Tap the touch key to go to the heart rate mode and wait for 10~20s to detect the heart rate.

  • Connect to the smartphone

The device will disconnect from your smartphone in the following cases:
1) Smartphone Bluetooth was off or exceed normal Bluetooth connection distance range (The normal Bluetooth connection distance is within 10 meters, it can easily be reduced by walls or furniture, etc.
2 ) The “VeryFitPro” APP was ended in phone background process.
To reconnect the device to your smartphone, please kindly refer to the following tips:
a ) Go to your smartphone system Settings, find “VeryFitPro” APP and enable the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.)
b ) Clear all running/background processes in your smartphone, go to “VeryFitPro” APP, and swipe down Mainpage, then the device will reconnect to your smartphone and refresh data.

You can also restart you smartphone and Bluetooth, then rebind the device on APP.

  • Sync your tracker data to APP

To sync your tracker data to “VeryFitPro” APP, go to “VeryFitPro” APP and swipe down Main page under connected state.

  • Sleep monitor

For the sleep monitoring function, please refer to tips as below:
1) The tracker automatically monitors your sleeping once it supported with enough power (please make sure the wrist band sits closely on your wrist before use). It decides your sleeping status based on your wrist action or body movement. The tracker only records the last period of your sleep that is over 2 hours from 0:00 to 24:00).
2 ) The sleeping data is also related to your personal info, so please make sure your personal info on your APP is updated. (Steps: Go to “VeryFitPro” APP → “User” → “My info”)
3 ) Synchronize sleep data to the APP. (Steps: under connected status, go to Main page in the APP, and swipe down the screen to synchronize data to the APP).

  • Water proof

The tracker is splash waterproof (IP67), you can wash your hands without taking it off, but do not shower or swim with it.

  • Wrist sense

When you turn over your wrist slowly by 90 degrees, the device screen will be on.
Turn on this function by going to the APP → “Device” → “Wrist sense”.

  • Find phone

To turn on this function, make sure the tracker is connected to your smartphone, enter the APP, go to “Device” → “More” → “Find Phone”, and turn it on. To use this function, tap the device touch key to go to the mode “Find phone”, tap the touch key for 3 seconds, then your phone will ring / vibrate (if your smartphone is set mute, it only vibrates once and stops).

  • Battery

The working time of the tracker is 5~7 days (the working time of the tracker with heart rate monitor might be shorter). The actual working time of the tracker is up to how often you use the tracker

  • Device display mode

You may set the device display horizontally or vertically (Steps: go to the APP → “Device” → “More” → “Display Mode”).

  • Dim screen

The screen is made from OLED material, so you need to shade it with your hand in the sunshine or daylight to see more clearly.

VeryFitPro ID115Pro Fitness Tracker

Thank you for purchasing our products. This manual addresses the safety guidelines, warranty and operating instructions. Please review this manual thoroughly before operating your device.

USB Charging

Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes to have it activated before initial use.

In case that device is under low battery, connect the device host to an adapter for charging. Device will automatically boot up once fully charged. Remove the device host from the power supply once fully charged.

USB charger requirement: DC USB port (5V-500mA)
Charging time: 1-2hr(s)

Install and Wear Your Device

Install: Plug the host into the slots of each strap.

Wear: Wear the device on your wrist horizontally, about 2cm to carpal, the same way as wearing a watch.

Download the APP

Download “VeryFitPro” APP for Android and iOS devices.

Option 1: Search for “VeryFitPro” in APP store or Google Play and download to your smartphone.

Notes:

  • This fitness tracker requires iOS 8.0 & above or Android 4.4 & above system.
  • “VeryFitPro” APP is only compatible with smartphones.

Option 2: Searching the QR code, scan and download APP. Use the QR code Scan tool to scan the following QR code, open the link and follow the instructions to download APP.

Tip: In case of problems when opening the link, copy the link and open it in a browser.

Pair the Device

  1. Enable Bluetooth before binding the device.
  2. Open “VeryFitPro” APP on your smartphone and tap on “Device”→”Bind device”, then your smartphone starts searching devices.
  3. Select “ID115Pro” in the list of found devices, tap on “ID115Pro” to connect the device to your smartphone. (If failed searching the device, please tap on the touch key to wake the device (screen lights on), then start searching with your smartphone one more time.)

Notes:

  • After first successful searching and binding, if you enable the Bluetooth function of the smartphone afterwards, the device will automatically search and link back to the smartphone it has bound.
  • If the device is unbound under Bluetooth connected state, the APP will set the settings back to default. All data on the device will be cleared. If the device is unbound under Bluetooth disconnected state, the APP will set the settings back to default, but the data on the device will not be cleared.

  • The device can only link to one smartphone at a time. During connecting please confirm there is no other smartphones nearby.

Touch Key

After first successful binding, the main screen is as shown on the left.

Waking a Dimmed Screen

When you’re not using ID115Pro, the display is off. To wake it up:

  • Turn your wrist towards you, and the screen will display time and date.
  • Tap on the touch key, and the device will display the main screen.

Note:
The screen brightness can be adjusted from Level 1 to Level 5 in “Device”→”More”→”Bracelet brightness” in the APP and Level 5 is the brightest. Remember to click ” √ ” to save your settings.

Main Functions

  1. “Alarm Mode” is displayed on the device screen only when “Alarm Alert” is ON in the APP.
  2.  “Walk Mode”, “Run Mode” and “Bike Mode” are displayed on the device screen by default. You can set up to 3 different sports modes from 14 sports modes to display on the device screen (Go to “VeryFitPro” APP → “Device” → “More”→ “Activity display”).

Function Introduction

1. Step Mode

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to view detailed step data.
  • Single tap on the touch key to flip through detailed step data.
  • Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Heart Rate Mode.

Note:
You can go to the APP to set you sports target (“User” →”Target Setting”). When you reach your sport target, the device vibrates and the screen displays:

Tap on the touch key to go back to the main screen.

2. Heart Rate Mode

After entering the heart rate interface for 1s, the device will start monitoring the heart rate automatically. Before the correct data is detected, the device shows ” ” ; after the correct data is detected, it shows specific data.

Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Alarm Mode.

3. Alarm Mode

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to turn on/off the alarm function.

Notes:

  • Alarm Mode is available only when alarm(s) is/are added and enabled (turn on the switch to enable the alarm) in “Alarm alert” in the APP.
  • Tap on the alarm, you can add and set the alarm types, repeat type and time. (When alarm(s) is/are added and enabled, please click ” √ ” to save your settings.)

  • Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Walk Mode.

4. Walk Mode

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to start the walk mode.

During exercise, tap on the touch key to flip through the exercise data.

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to quit the walk mode.
    The following data is displayed after the exercise is ended:

  • Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Run Mode.

Note:
Data of exercises less than 1 minute will not be saved.

5. Run Mode

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to start the run mode.

During exercise, tap on the touch key to flip through the exercise data.

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to quit the run mode.
    The following data is displayed after the exercise is ended:

  • Single tap on the touch key to go to the next mode: Bike Mode.

6. Bike Mode

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to start the bike mode.

During exercise, tap on the touch key to flip through the exercise data.

  • Long press the touch key for 2s to quit the bike mode.
    The following data is displayed after the exercise is ended:

  • Single tap on the touch key to go to the main screen.

Note:

After starting the running mode, the APP will track and map your run distance; after the exercise, you can effortlessly check your workout data.

6.1 Abnormal Situations During Exercise

  1. Inactive Exit Prompt                                                                                                              a) Device will automatically exit the sport mode if no action is taken in 15 minutes.             b) Device will be forced to exit the sport mode if you don’t tap on the waiting prompt within 15 seconds.

Single tap on the touch key to cancel the Automatic Exit Sport mode prompt, then the sport mode can work as normal.

2. The prompt of being forced to exit the sport mode when memory is full

Single tap on the touch key to confirm the prompt if the device is force to exit the sport mode when memory is full, then exit the sport mode and exercise data is displayed.

Notes:

  • The sport mode lasts for up to 6 hours.
  • When the memory is full, it will prompt that the sport mode is forced to exit.

3. The prompt being forced to exit sport mode when battery is low Single tap on the touch key to confirm the prompt if the device is force to exit sport mode when battery is low, then exit the sport mode and exercise data is displayed.

6.2 Abnormal Operation Situation During Exercise

When the APP and the device are disconnected, the screen will appear a prompt of waiting:

7. Other Functions

1.Call Alert
When there is an incoming call, the device displays:

  • Long press the touch key to reject the call; single tap on the touch key to return to the main screen.
  • Only when “Call Alert” is ON in the APP, calls will be notified. (When turning on/off the Call Alert function, please click “√” to save your settings.)

2. SNS Alert
When SNS messages (including: SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn, Email, Mail, and Calendar) come in, the device displays the message content:

Notes:

  • Only when “SNS Alert” (tap on “Device” → “SNS Alert” → “Allow notification”) is ON in the APP, SNS messages will be notified. (When turning on/off the Call Alert function, please click “√” to save your settings.)
  • When “Do not disturb” function is enabled in the APP (“Device” → “More” → “Do not disturb” ), messages will not be notified on the device during the set do-not-disturb period.

3. Take Photos
Open the “VeryFitPro” APP, and tap on “Device”→”Camera”, then the device screen shows the camera interface. Single tap on the touch key of the device to control the camera of your smart phone to shoot photos.

4. Sedentary Alert
Open the “VeryFitPro” APP. Tap on “Device” → “Sedentary Alert” to switch on the Sedentary Alert function and set the alert time. The device will vibrate to remind you to move after the set sedentary alert period passed.

5. Device Error Notification
Note: When the device has an exception, the interface is displayed every time when the device is turned on.

Status code:
-01 indicates acceleration sensor abnormality;
-02 indicates the heart rate sensor is abnormal;
-03 indicates touch ic is abnormal;
-04 indicates the flash is abnormal.

FAQs

Failed to bind the device with APP

  1. Make sure the Bluetooth of your smartphone is ON. (Do not pair the tracker with your phone’s Bluetooth on your phone, but in “VeryFitPro” APP (Step 5). If you have already paired the tracker with your phone’s Bluetooth, click to forget the device and bind the tracker to your phone in “VeryFitPro” APP).
  2. Make sure the distance between your smartphone and the device is within 0.5 meter.
  3. Make sure the “VeryFitPro” APP is trusted by your smartphone by going to your smartphone system Settings, finding “VeryFitPro” APP and enabling the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.
  4. Make sure the fitness tracker is under unbind status before pairing.
  5. Open “VeryFitPro” APP on your smartphone and tap on “Device” → “Bind device”, then your smartphone starts searching devices. Select “ID115Pro” in the list of found devices, and tap on “ID115Pro” to connect the device to your smartphone.
  6. If you failed search the device, reboot your smartphone and Bluetooth to search it again.

Note:
For iOS smartphones, if you failed to find “ID115Pro” in the APP, take the following steps:

  • Go to your smartphone “Settings” → “Bluetooth”. Under “MY DEVICES”, find “ID115Pro”, tap on “ ” → “Forget This Device” and turn off Bluetooth.
  • Reboot smartphone and open the “VeryFitPro” APP. When asked whether to turn on the Bluetooth switch, click OK to search and bind your device.

Failed to charge the device
Make sure the direction of the device’s USB plug is correct when plugging into the USB port for charging. For correct charging, the device’s red indicator turns on and will be off when the device has been fully charged. Please remove the device host from the power supply once fully charged. Prolonged charging may shorten the battery’s life.

Failed to receive SMS/Calls notifications
Calls/SMS notification function works when the device connects to your smartphone via APP. Please kindly refer to the following tips:

  1. Go to your smartphone system Settings, find “VeryFitPro” APP and enable the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.
  2. Turn Bluetooth on and go to the “VeryFitPro” APP to bind the device.
  3. Switch “Call/SNS Alert” function on, and click “√” to save your settings.

Failed to count steps accurately
Regarding the step counting, this fitness tracker has a built-in 3D sensor. It registers your steps when you swing your arm. Sometimes the data on device may displayed a little delayed. And it will reset itself if you walk continuously less than 40 steps. To test the accuracy of the pedometer, please walk casually and continuously up to 100 steps or more.

Failed to measure heart rate
Make sure the wrist band sit neatly on your wrist before use. Tap on the touch key to go to the heart rate mode and wait for 10~20s to detect the heart rate.

Failed to connect to the smartphone
The device will disconnect from your smartphone in the following cases:

  1. Smartphone Bluetooth was off or exceed normal Bluetooth connection distance range (The normal Bluetooth connection distance is within 10 meters, it can easily be reduced by walls or furniture, etc.
  2. The “VeryFitPro” APP was ended in phone background process.

To reconnect the device to your smartphone, please kindly refer to the following tips:

  1. Go to your smartphone system Settings, find “VeryFitPro” APP and enable the Location and all Notifications. (Specific setting methods may vary according to different smartphones.
  2. Clear all running/background processes in your smartphone, go to “VeryFitPro” APP, and swipe down Mainpage, then the device will reconnect to your smartphone and refresh data. You can also restart you smartphone and Bluetooth, then rebind the device on APP.

Failed to sync your tracker data to APP
To sync your tracker data to “VeryFitPro” APP, go to “VeryFitPro” APP and swipe down Mainpage under connection state.

  • Do NOT wash the fitness tracker with household cleanser. Please use soapless detergent, rinse thoroughly and wipe with a piece of soft towel or napkin.
  • While the fitness tracker is water resistant, it’s not good for your skin to wear a wet band.
  • If your bands get wet—like after sweating or showering—clean and dry them thoroughly before putting them back on your wrist.
  • Be sure your skin is dry before you put your bands back on.

What’s in this document
This manual gets you started quickly with setting up your watch. The setup ensures that your watch can synchronize its data with the VeryFitPro app, where you can get detailed information on your stats, view historical trends, log sleep, and more. As soon as the setup is complete, you’re ready to start moving. The remainder of the manual walks you through every function on your ID205L.

Setting up Your Watch

Charging your watch
Please fully charge your watch before initial use.

  1. Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the watch until it attaches magnetically.
  3. Make sure the pins on the charging cable lock securely with the port. The connection is secure when the watch vibrates and the battery icon with percent charged appears on the screen.

When the watch shows that the battery is low, connect the watch to a USB port with 5V-500mA.

Disassembling / Assembling Your Watch
Disassembly

  1.  To remove the wristbands, turn over the watch’s find gently pull the quick-release lever.

  3. Repeat on the other side.

Assembly

  1. To reattach the wristbands, slide the pin (the side opposite the quick-release lever) into the notch on the watch. Attach the wristband with the clasp to the top of the watch.

  2. While pressing the quick-release lever inward, slide the other end of the wristband into place.
  3.  When both ends of the pin are inserted, release the quick-release lever.

Wearing Your Watch

All-day wear and exercise
For all-day wear when you’re not exercising, wear the device on your wrist horizontally, a finger’s width below your wrist bone, and lying flat, the same way you would put on a watch.
For optimized heart rate tracking, keep these tips in mind:

  1. Experiment with wearing the watch higher on your wrist during exercise. Because the blood flow in your arm increases the farther up you go, moving the watch up a couple of inches can improve the heart rate signal. Also, many exercises such as bike riding or weight lifting require you to bend your wrist frequently, which is more likely to interfere with the heart rate signal if the watch is lower on your wrist.
  2.  Do not wear your watch too tight. A tight band restricts blood flow, potentially affecting the heart rate signal. This being said, the watch should also be slightly tighter  snug but not constricting) during exercise than during all-day wear.

Pairing the Watch with Your Phone
Please pair the watch with your phone in the VeryFitPro app, NOT in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.

① Enable the Bluetooth of your smartphone.
② Open the VeryFitPro app on your smartphone and go to the “Device” page, tap “Bind Device”, then your smartphone starts searching for devices.
③ In the list of found devices that appear on your smartphone, tap on “ID205L” to connect the watch to your smartphone. (If your phone failed to find ID205L, please search the watch on your smartphone again.)

Notes:

  •  Once the watch is connected to your app, the watch will automatically search and reconnect itself if the connection is lost or when Bluetooth is restarted after manual disconnection.
  • If the watch is unbound from the app, the information on the watch will be reset, and the information on the app will be cleared. Please do not unbind the connection unless there is an issue that will require a reset.
  • The watch can only pair with one smartphone at a time. When pairing, please ensure the watch and your smartphone is within 0.5 meters distance.

Setting up Your Watch

Charging your watch
Please fully charge your watch before initial use.

  1. Insert the USB plug of the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger.

All-day wear and exercise
For all-day wear when you’re not exercising, wear the device on your wrist horizontally, a finger’s width below your wrist bone, and lying flat, the same way you would put on a watch.
For optimized heart rate tracking, keep these tips in mind:

  1. Experiment with wearing the watch higher on your wrist during exercise. Because the blood flow in your arm increases the farther up you go, moving the watch up a couple of inches can improve the heart rate signal. Also, many exercises such as bike riding or weight lifting require you to bend your wrist frequently, which is more likely to interfere with the heart rate signal if the watch is lower on your wrist.
  2.  Do not wear your watch too tight. A tight band restricts blood flow, potentially affecting the heart rate signal. This being said, the watch should also be slightly tighter  snug but not constricting) during exercise than during all-day wear.

Pairing the Watch with Your Phone
Please pair the watch with your phone in the VeryFitPro app, NOT in the Bluetooth settings of your phone.

① Enable the Bluetooth of your smartphone.
② Open the VeryFitPro app on your smartphone and go to the “Device” page, tap “Bind Device”, then your smartphone starts searching for devices.
③ In the list of found devices that appear on your smartphone, tap on “ID205L” to connect the watch to your smartphone. (If your phone failed to find ID205L, please search the watch on your smartphone again.)

Notes:

  •  Once the watch is connected to your app, the watch will automatically search and reconnect itself if the connection is lost or when Bluetooth is restarted after manual disconnection.
  • If the watch is unbound from the app, the information on the watch will be reset, and the information on the app will be cleared. Please do not unbind the connection unless there is an issue that will require a reset.
  • The watch can only pair with one smartphone at a time. When pairing, please ensure the watch and your smartphone is within 0.5 meters distance.
