Function Operation Power on Long press the MFB button 3 seconds Power oﬀ Long press the MFB button 3 seconds Pairing mode Long press the MFB button 5seconds (while oﬀ) Answer call Short press the MFB button one time End call Short press the MFB button one time Reject call Long press the – button for 2seconds Last number redial Double press the MFB button one time Pause/play Short press the MFB button Previous/next track Long press + or – button Volume + / Volume – Short press + or – button Power on: press and hold the MFB button for 3 seconds (the LED indicator light will ﬂash in blue) Power oﬀ: press and hold the MFB button 3 for seconds (the LED  indicator light will ﬂash in red) Answering a call: short press the MFB button once Ending a call: short press the MFB button once Rejecting a call: Press the – button for 2 seconds Redial the last called number: double press the MFB button while the headset is in standby mode Voice dialing: with the headset in standby mode, long press the MFB button for 1 second and release (your phone must support this function) Pause/play: short press the MFB button to pause and play while headset is in standby mode Previous/next song: press the – button for 1 second to switch to the previous track, press the + button for 1 second to switch to the next track Volume control: short press the + or – button to control the volume Tip: not all mobile phones or brands support these functions, please read your phone’s manual carefully Voice prompts When the headset is turned on, you will hear: “Power on” When the headset is turned oﬀ, you will hear: “Power oﬀ” After succesful pairing, you will hear: “Connected” When battery is low, you will hear: “Battery low” After succesful pairing, you will hear: “Connected” When you receive an incoming call, you will hear the callers’ phone number Pair to your mobile phone It is adviced to keep less than 1 meter distance between the headset and your phone during the ﬁrst time pairing Hold and press the MFB button for 5 seconds with the headset turned oﬀ, after which a red and blue light will ﬂash rapidly, indicating that the device has entered pairing mode After your phone detects the headset, conﬁrm by choosing “Spartan” from your phone screen. Enter the code “0000” if your phone asks for a code (some phones require a code) A blue light will ﬂash after succesfully pairing your device Repeat the above steps if pairing does not succeed Power alarm: when the battery is low, you will hear the voice prompt “Battery low”. The headset will automatically turn oﬀ if the battery level is too low. Connect two mobile phones at the same time Pair with the ﬁrst mobile phone, and after that turn oﬀ the bluetooth function of the ﬁrst one; then pair with the second mobile phone Turn on the bluetooth function of the ﬁrst mobile phone, and connect with the headset by choosing “Spartan” from the list Note: Not all mobile phones support this function Charging the headset The headset has a rechargeable battery, please fully charge it before you start using it for the ﬁrst time Plug the charging cable into the USB socket to start charging The red LED indicator light remains on while charging A full charge takes about 2 hours A blue LED indicator light will show when charged fully Tips Notes: When using the headset, always try to keep it as close as possibleto your mobile phone in order to enjoy the best connection. Metal or other objects between the headset and your mobile phone will inﬂuence the wireless signal. Warning: The headset uses a built-in rechargeable battery which is nonremovable.
