<p class="schema-faq-answer">4.0 out of 5 stars <strong>Excellent customer support alongwith very good quality product</strong>. The quality of the products offered by Anker is excellent and this one is no different. Build quality is good, sound quality is at par with the likes of <a href="https://usemanuals.com/jbl/">JBL</a>, Harman, etc. Battery backup: so far so good, no issues.</p>
<p><strong class="schema-faq-question">Does Soundcore work with iPhone?</strong></p>
<p class="schema-faq-answer">Compatibility: Bluetooth; <strong>works with all Mac’s, iPad’s, iPhone’s and iPods that have Bluetooth</strong>. This means in practice all Mac’s, iPads and iPhones and all iPod touches.</p>
<p><strong class="schema-faq-question">Can you track Soundcore earbuds?</strong></p>
<p class="schema-faq-answer"><strong>Go to the soundcore app and activate “Find My Headset”</strong>. The lost earbud will emit a loud noise to help you locate it.</p>
<p><strong class="schema-faq-question">Will any earbuds work with iPhone?</strong></p>
<p class="schema-faq-answer"><strong>You can use any headphones that terminate into a standard 3.5mm connector</strong>. The one downside is that you won’t be able to charge your iPhone with a Lightning cable while listening to music.</p>
<p><strong class="schema-faq-question">What if I lost one earbud?</strong></p>
<p class="schema-faq-answer">If you have damaged or lost one earbud from your pair and need to <strong>purchase a replacement</strong>. Since the true wireless earbuds are paired to the charging case, you will need to purchase both earbuds to recieve a replacement.</p>
