Keyboard problems & Solutions

QA1:When you find a key on a keyboard cannot be used:

  1. Tryto press FN+Space till all lights flashing to reset the keyboard.
  2. Tryto use the switch puller to replace the switch with the 4 extra switches.

QA2: When you find the keyboard backlit don’t work:

  1. Tryto press FN+Space till all lights flashing to reset the keyboard.
  2. Try to replace a new Type-C cable.

QA3: Where should I download the software?

How to find your keyboard’s PID ?

  1. Press Win+R
  2. Input devmgmt.msc, then press Enter
