WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY

With the wireless technology, you can connect the earphones to compatible devices without cables. The wireless connection allows you to use your mobile phone without holding it (listening to music, having phone calls, etc.), but the maximum distance between them shall be within 10 meters (about 30 feet). The wireless connection may be interfered by obstacles (such as walls) or other electronic devices. Some geographical areas might not provide the optimal wireless connection. Please consult your local authority or service provider for details.

MAIN OPERATION GUIDE

In below instruction, MF refers to the multifunction button (please refer to FUNCTION KEY DESCRIPTION)

• Pairing: Long press on the MF button for 3 seconds
• Power off: Long press on the MF button for 5 seconds
• Pause/Play: Short press once on the MF button
• Volume up/down: Short press once on the +/ button
• Last/Next song switch: Long press on the +/ button for 2 seconds
• Answer phone call: Short press once on the MF button
• End phone call: Short press once on the MF button
• Reject phone call: Long press on the MF button for 2 seconds
• Redial the last phone number: Double click on the MF button
• Siri function: Long press on the MF button for 2 seconds

CHARGING THE EARPHONES

1. Use the Micro USB charging port to charge your earphones. It should take 1.5 hours to get fully charged.
2.  It performs best after being fully charged. Please use DC5V power to charge it.

IMPORTANT:

Please note that the maximum voltage supported can not exceed DC9V.

LED LIGHT GUIDE

Low power: the red light flashes every 10 seconds with a vocal message reminder saying “battery low”. Under charging: the red light is on. Fully charged: the light turns blue.

CONNECT WITH YOUR PHONE

1. Place the earphones within 1 meter from your phone. The pairing success rate is higher when the 2 devices are at close range distance.
2.  Long press on the MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively, this means they are in pairing status.
3.  Turn on the wireless function on your phone, search for the earphones model called “RS Stream N+”, click on it to connect. No password is required. When successfully connected, the LED indicator will flash in blue color. Congratulations, it is successfully connected, now you can listen music and dial.

CONNECT WITH TWO PHONES

1.  Long press on the MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively, this means they are in pairing status.
2. Turn on the wireless function on the mobile phone #1, search for the earphones model called “RS Stream N+”, click on it to connect. No password is required.
3. Turn off the wireless function of the mobile phone #1, long press on the MF button to turn off the earphones.
4.  Long press on the earphones MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively again, this means they are in pairing status.
5.  Turn on the wireless function on the mobile phone #2, search for the earphones model called “RS Stream N+”, click on it to connect. No password is required.
6.  Turn on the wireless function of the mobile phone #1 to connect the earphones again

NOTE

Please keep the earphones and mobile phone #1/#2 within 10 meters.

RECONNECTION

1.  The earphones will reconnect with your mobile phone automatically.
2. If it doesn’t, please short press once on the MF button, or try again the pairing with the wireless connection function.

RESET

When the earphones is under charging status, press on the MF button for 3 seconds until the red and blue lights flash alternatively 3 times.

FAQ

Why can’t find the earphones model on my phone? It might be because the earphones are power off; or the wireless connection function of your mobile phone encounters some issues.

1. After you power off your earphones, long press on the MF button until the red and blue lights flash alternatively to activate the earphones’ pairing status.
2.  Reset the earphones (see above instructions).
3.  Reboot your phone, and connect again.

NOTE

When the earphones are under pairing status, the wireless connection pairing with your mobile phone should be done within 2 minutes, otherwise your earphones will automatically power off.

Why the earphones cannot be linked with my mobile phone using the wireless connection function? It might be because the wireless connection function on your device is not turned on; your earphones are connected to
another device; or the earphones are still in pairing mode.

1. Please check if the wireless connection function on your device is turned on.
2. Please check and confirm your earphones are not connected to another device.
3.  Please check if your earphones are in pairing mode (which will be indicated by light in blue & green flashing alternatively).

Why can’t I hear any sound from my earphones? It might be because the earphones’ volume is down to minimum; the earphones are not well connected with your phone; or your earphones are not within the wireless
connection working range.

1.  Adjust volume on your phone; or press on the “+” button to turn the volume up.
2.  Proceed to connection process again.
3.  Keep your earphones within 10 meters from your mobile phone to respect the wireless connection working range.

NOTE

When your earphones and mobile phone are in pairing connection process, please do not do any other operations with those devices.

When charging, why does the red light not lighting up? It might be because you did not use your earphones for a long time. Charge your earphones for 30 minutes until the red light is on.

NOTE

Overcharging or placing the earphones under high temperature atmosphere will cut down the battery capacity and lifetime.

Why the earphones call quality is not good?

It might be because the mobile network is not good enough; or the earphones are not in the wireless connection working range.

1.  Confirm whether the mobile network in strong enough.
2. Please confirm that the earphones are within the effective working distance of 10 meters from your mobile phone, also check if no major obstacle is causing interference to connection.

When the music is playing, why the music cannot be controlled with the play/pause, previous/next song and volume up/down buttons? It might be because the mobile phone doesn’t support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) protocol. This feature requires the mobile device to be paired with the earphones to support the AVRCP (Audio/Video Remote Control Profile) protocol.

Universal Travel Adapter
Before using this product, read user manual instructions
carefully.

FUNCTION KEY DESCRIPTION

Note: Please find a free carrying case included in the box, perfect to bring your universal adapter during your trip.

1. Make sure all sliders are placed securely into their closed position.
2. Slightly press the required plug type and slide it forward until it clicks. For the UK plug, pull out the insulated ground pin from the housing.
3. Connect the appliance to the adapter.
4. Plug the adapter into the wall socket.
5. After use, you can retract the prongs by pushing the slider to its original position.

REPLACEMENT OF THE FUSE

1. Remove the small cover to have access to the replacement fuses.
2. Remove the old fuse and replace it with a new one. Only use type 8A fuses.

Overload of fuse 8A: The fuse will be automatically cut off in case of overload, replace it with caution.

HOW TO USE THE ADAPTER

US Plug: Slide the US/AUS plug completely out (Figure A), and make sure the two contact blades are turned to the parallel position. When stop using it, press the square button and slide the US/AUS plug back.

HOW TO USE

• Press the power button to turn on the power bank. The power indicator light will turn off automatically if the power bank is not in use for 5 to 10 seconds.
• Output and input ports can be found on the top of the power bank. The USB port is compatible for a variety of devices such as smartphones, tablets or other digital devices.
• When the device is plugged into the power bank, the power bank will immediately begin to charge the device.
• Use the provided Micro USB cable in order to connect the power bank to an adapter. The power bank will enter into sleep mode when not in use for about 1 minute.
• Once the device is fully charged, please unplug the charging cable and disconnect the charging device

ATTENTION

• Read the user guide carefully in order to prevent hazards and accidents related to improper use.
• Do not throw, knock or drop the product, it will damage the outer case and inner PCBA.
