What is Covered in Warranty?

• Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship of the product ONLY. This warranty applies when the product is used under normal conditions and the purpose for which the product was designed.

• Please keep this device away from extreme heat, liquids, humidity, or corrosive environment.
• Please don’t over-charge the product as it will decrease the service life of the battery.
• Using incompatible USB cables or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using a good quality DC5V-1A charger & the USB cable included in the package.
• This product or the Bluetooth function should not be used during charging.

Control Buttons Description

Smart Power On & Pairing

1. Open the charging case Or Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds.
2. Wait for 2-3 seconds L & R earbuds pair to each other.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth on your phone & search “pTron TWS” to connect with the device.

Note: TSA stands for Touch Sensitive Area

Smart Power Off
Touch TSA on both the earbuds for 3 seconds Or Keep both the earbuds into the charging case and close it properly.

Connectivity Bluetooth Automatic:
Just turn on the Bluetooth earbuds. They will automatically connect to the last connected device (Instant wake & pair technology).

Calling or Music through Mono & Dual Buds:
Mono Bud Use – Just place the right or left earbud back into the charging case. Dual Buds Use – Use left & right earbuds together.

Voice Assistant Activation:
Touch TSA on either earbud for 2-3 seconds.

Call &Music Functions:

• Answer/Hangup a Phone Call- Touch TSA on either earbud once. Reject a Phone Call Touch TSA on either earbud for 2 seconds. Music Play/Pause Touch TSA on either earbud once. Next Song – Touch TSA on right
• earbud twice. Previous Song – Touch TSA on earbud twice. Redial – Touch TSA on right earbud thrice.

Charging the Earbuds

1. Place both the earbuds into the charging case properly. The earbuds will power off automatically when placed into the case.
2. Earbuds LED will start glowing red, which means it is on charging. After full charge earbuds LED light will stop blinking.
3. Charging case LED light will be blue during charging the earbuds. It will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.

Charging the Case

1. Connect the C-Type cable to the case and the USB end to a 5V power source.
2. The Red light indicator in the front of the charging case will start blinking.
3. When the case is fully charged, Red light will be steady. Remove the charging case from the power supply.

Caution
Using incompattible USB cable or high voltage chargers can damage the product & void the product warranty. We strongly recommend using DC5V-1A chargers & the USB cable included in the package.

Troubleshooting

Scenario 1: One Earbud is Not Working

1. Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.
3. Wait until L & R earbuds pair to each other.
4. After successful matching, only 1 earbud will flash Blue & Red light.
5. Turn ON the Bluetooth on your phone, search for “pTron TWS” & connect.

Scenario 2: Earbuds Not Connecting/Scanning

1. Place both the earbuds in the charging case.
2. Take out both the earbuds together from the charging case.

Button Operations

Power ON:
Take out Both the Earbuds from the charging case, it will get ON automatically.
Otherwise, touch both earbuds for 3 seconds.
Earbuds will get Power ON and you will hear a voice prompt “pTron Bassbuds Pro Power ON”.
Power OFF:
Touch both the earbuds for 5 seconds or keep them inside the charging box to Power OFF. You will hear a voice prompt “pTron BassBuds Pro Power OFF”.
Song Play/Pause:
Tap once on either earbud.
Next Song:
Tap twice on the Right earbud.
Previous Song:
Tap twice on the Left earbud.
Google Assistant Function:
Tap 3 times on either earbud.
Call Receive/Hang-up:
Tap once on either earbud.
Call Reject:
Touch either earbuds for 2 seconds.

Bluetooth Pairing & Connect

1. Take out both the earbuds from the charging box, it will get ON be automatic. Otherwise, touch both the earbuds for
2. seconds. Make sure that both earbuds should be within 1 Meter range. When you Power ON both the earbuds for the first time,
   both will flash Blue & red light alternatively. Within 5 seconds both the earbuds will match each other & only one earbud will flash Blue & red light alternatively.
3. When you Power ON both the earbuds for the second time, both the earbuds will pair to each other within 2 seconds.
4. After Pairing to each other, now turn ON the Bluetooth of your device & search for “pTron BassBuds Pro” & get connected.

1. “pTron BassBuds Pro” TWS doesn’t fix to the Master-Slave headset. Master & Slave will switch automatically & either earbud connected to the phone will become  Master.

1. Can we use only one earbuds?
   Yes, either earbuds can be used alone for music & call function.
2. How to connect Single earbud?
   Just Power ON either earbuds & search for new “pTron BassBuds Pro” on your Bluetooth device and get it connected to use single earbud.
3. If only one earbud plays?
   Power OFF both the earbuds & Bluetooth on your device. Then Power ON both the earbuds together & wait for 5 seconds to get paired with each other.
   Once they get paired with each, only one earbud will flash Blue & Redlight alternatively. Now, turn ON Bluetooth on your device & get it connected.
4. Is Google Voice Function there?
   Yes, just tap either earbuds for 3 times, Google Assistance function will get activated.
5. Connectivity?
   It supports all Bluetooth featured devices like Android/iOS/Windows/Smart LED TV’s etc.
6. Charging?
   To charge the earbuds, place them inside the charging case. To charge the charging case use Type-C USB cable provided with the product & connect with your mobile phone adapter or USB power source.
