Batteries

Insert 2 AAA batteries in the hatch on the back of the keyboard. Remove the USB receiver while you’re at it and put the hatch back.

On/off

The keyboard automatically turns on when keys are pressed. The keyboard automatically goes to sleep after it has been inactive long enough.

Installation

  1. Turn on the keyboard.
  2. Connect the USB receiver to the computer. Avoid using a USB hub.
  3. Press the Esc and Q keys at the same time within 15 seconds of connecting the receiver.

LED

The LED flashes during the pairing process and if the battery status is low.

Hotkeys

  • FN + F1 = Media
  • FN + F2 = Volume Down
  • FN + F3 = Volume Up
  • FN + F4 = Mute (Windows)
  • FN + F5 = Previous Track
  • FN + F6 = Next Track
  • FN + F7 = Play/Pause
  • FN + F8 = Stop
  • FN + F9 = Web/home
  • FN + F10 = Email
  • FN + F11 = My computer
  • FN + F12 = Favorite
  • FN + Cogwheel = Windows 10 setting
  • FN + Lock = Lock computer (Win + L)
  • Calculator = Calculator
  • Magnifying glass = Search
  • Third numpad key from left = Wireless audio/audio sharing
