How to pair the two headphones with my phone?

(Prior to first use – Please be sure both the Earbuds and the Charging Case are fully charged.)

Step 1 – Take both headphones out of the charging case, the twin Earbuds will power on and pair with each other automatically.
(If the earbuds are not connected to your device over 3 minutes, the earbuds will power off automatically. Turn on the headphones manually by pressing down the MFB for about 3 seconds at the prompt “Power on” and one beep sound.)

‘R” earbuds alternate flash red-blue light and ‘V earbuds lash blue light means Twins Earbuds pairing done.
Step 2 – Activate the Bluetooth setting on your phone, search and choose “T17” to connect.
[There should be voice prompt^–connected^– if you wear the earbuds.)
Earbuds’ indicator light off means already connects with mobile.

Automatically re-connection: The last pared dowse will reconnect the @arta by default aft’ IM first successful cainechon.

tips

1. If there is an issue with pairing both earbuds to your phone, please put the earbuds back into the charging case and repeat the above steps.
2. These earbuds not only can be used together but also can be used individually. If you want to use single-mode, just take one earbud out of the case and connect to your phone, it will be OK. Or when you are using with Dual mode, turn off one earbud manually or put one earbud back into the charging case, you will be able to hang on to the other one by single mode.

How to wear the earbuds correctly?

Take out “R earbud” to wear on the right ear.

The ear hooks are adjustable, you can bend them to fit your ears tighter if in need.

Note: When using Single Mode, no matter which earbud you use for music, you can ONLY do the function of skip to the next track by Quick Double-Click on MFB, you have to adjust volume or back to the previous song by your phone. Play/Pause is the same operation as Twin Mode.

Charging

Earbuds Charging
Earbuds start to charge only when you put the earbuds into the charging slot the right way.(You can charge the charging case and earbuds at the same time, or you can charge the charging case first then charge the earbuds.
1)When being charged, Earbuds’ LED light will illuminate red. 2)When fully charged, the charging case will automatically stop charging and the earbuds’ LED Red light will go off.

Charging case Charging
There is a Type-C USB charging cable in the package, please use it to charge the case directly. During Charing, the digital display will flash and display the battery in real-time. After a full charge, the number is displayed as 100.

Charging Warning

1. After using a period of time, the earbuds don’t charge or even can’t turn on because of the oxidized magnet connector. You can handle this problem by using an alcohol rag to clean the magnet connector on earbuds and charging case.
2. Earbuds can automatically turn off immediately, meanwhile, start charging when you put them back into the charging case. Also will automatically turn on and pairing when picking it up.

Storage and Maintenance

1. If the earbuds have been unused for more than 3 months, we recommend that you charge them.
2. Please use chargers that are FCC(Federal Communications Commission) approved.
3. Do not disassemble Earbuds.
4. Adult supervision is required for children age 6 and under.
5. Do not expose the earbuds to high or low temperatures, do not use the earbuds in a thunderstorm storm. Avoid falling or the violent
   impact of the device. Keep the device away from fire, do not put the device in water.
6.  Do not use oil or any volatile liquid to clean this product.

Q: Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?

A:

1.  Please make sure the earbuds are fully charged and power on.
2.  Please make sure the Bluetooth of your phone is turned on.
3.  If the above 2 points have no problem, please put earbuds into the case again and close the case, hold on for min, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?

A: First, please do not let the distance between these earbuds and your phone be more than 33 feet(without obstacle).
If the distance is less than 33 feet, please take steps as follow:

1. Put earbuds back into the case and close the case, forget “T17” on your phone
2. After 10s later, open the case and reconnect these earbuds with your phone

Q: Why do the earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected with my phone even earbuds are put into the case and I have closed the case.
A: Please make sure the charging case is not in low battery, if the charging case is in low battery, earbuds can not be charged and not disconnected even though they are in the case. So, please use the type-c cable to charge the case fully.
Q: Are these earbuds sweatproof and waterproof?

A: These earbuds are IPX5, it is sweat proof and slightly waterproof. As for the electronic products, we do not suggest soak the earbuds in the water.

Power On/Off

Power on
Auto power on once A5 earbuds are out of the charging box, LED indicator turns blue then red & blue flashes intensely.

Power off
Put the earphones into the charging case, then the earphones will disconnect automatically for charging, the red indicator flashes slowly.

Auto Pairing

TWS Earbuds Pairing

1. Take out both earbuds one by one.
2. Wait for 5 seconds to enter pairing mode.
3. Select A5R from the bluetooth list of phone.

Earbuds will auto connect the previously paired bluetooth device within pairing range
Mono Earbud Mode

1. Take out left earbud
2. Wait for 5 seconds
3. Select ASL from the to enter pairing mode bluetooth list of phone.

For right earbud, you only need to wait for about 3 seconds to enter pairing mode and select A5R from the bluetoth list.

Music Control

long touch until volume up to desired point.

When the volume reaches the point you want, just stop touching. When volume arrives at Max or Mute, there will be a prompt ”du du” Earbud volume and Android phone volume are not synchronized I I If earbud volume reach full blast, you can still increase volume on android phone.

Single left erabud can play/pause/volume-/activate Siri/Google Single right erabud can play/pause/volume+/skip to next track.

Phone Calls Control

Earbud volume and Android phone volume are NOT synchronized. I Even if earbud volume reaches full blast, you can increase volume on android phone
Earbud volume and iOS device volume are synchronized, so you can modify volume by earbud or by the iOS device.

Headphone Charging

Low Battery
Red LED indicator flashes every 10 seconds, the earbuds will tum off automatically within about lminute.

How to charge earbuds

red indicator flashes slowly when charging. If not, please take the earbuds out and put them back. Make sure these two points be in the correct slots until red indicators flash slowly.

It takes arround 1 hour to full charge the earbuds. Red indicator of charging earbud flashes until full charge. Once full charge, blue indicator will be on for about 1 minute.

Use the USB Cable to connect the charging case port and the charger to safety specification charger It may take about 4 hours to fully charge the box.

Urgent power bank

The output USB port can be used to charge your phone.

• Applying the bluetooth earbuds at high volume for long will cause damage to your hearing, you are advised to adjust to proper volume to protect your hearing.
• Please do not use these earbuds when you are engaged in activities requiring to be aware of surrounding enviroment.
• Do not apply these earphones in storm weather, they will interfere with the signal transmission, and increase the risk of being struck by lightning.
• Please keep the device away from extreme heat, humidity or corrosive environments.

Battery Warning

• Use DC-5V IA chargers/adapters certified by a regulated manufacturer to charge.
• Use of an unqualified battery or charger may present a risl< of accident.
• Do not overcharge the battery for long which will decrease the battery service life.
• Battery usage by children should be supervised.
• Dispose of batteries according to local regulations and recycle when possible.
• Do not dispose as household waste.
• In the event of a battery leak, do not allow the liquid to come in contact with the skin or eyes. In the event of leak or a hazard seek medical help immediately.

Product Overview

Powering ON/OFF

Power ON
Earbuds will power on automatically when opening the charging case.

For manually power on, earbuds in truned off status long-tap on earbud for 3s, earbud will power on. (Earbud out of charging case and it is turned off)

Power OFF
Earbuds will power off automatically when placing them into charging case and close the case For manually power off,in non-playback status long-tap on earbud for 5s, earbud will power off.(Earbud out of charging case and it is turned on)

Charging

Earbuds Charging
Please put both earbuds into the case for charging, and then close the case, earbuds power off automatically. (When the battery of earbuds is low,there will be a voice prompt ” low battery, please charge”)

Charge for the case
Please use the Type-C cable(provided) to charge the case.(When the battery of charging case is low, the indicator light on the case will flash green, the light will be trun off when it is fully charged.)

Note:Before first-time using, please fully charge both earbuds and charging case.

Pairing

Twins Earbuds Pairing

1. Open the charging case, earbuds will turn on automatically. The indicator lights on earbuds will flash green twice, and then they will enter into pairing mode.
2. Turn on the device’s Bluetooth and search for “X2” to connect.
   

Single Earbud Mode

1. Take one earbud (Left/Right) out from the charging case and close the case.
2. Wait for 5s to enter pairing mode, light on earbud will flash green and red alternately.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your device and choose “X2” from the Bluetooth list.

For Android
Earbud volume and android phone volume are Not synchronized. Even if earbud volume full blast,you can increase volume on android phone.

For iOS
Earbud volume and ios device volume are synchronized,so you can modify volume by earbud or by the ios device.

Q: Why these earbuds can not pair with my mobile phones?

Q:Volume is too low even though I adjust it on earbuds to Max, Why
does this happen?
If you are using an Android operation system mobile phones, the volume of earbuds will not synchronize with your phone. If you adjust the volume to maximum on earbuds, but the sound you hear is too low, please adjust the volume on your phone.
