Hardware Basics

LED Indicators(From left to right)

• Num: “On” means numeric keys are enabled; “Off” means numeric keys are disabled.
• Caps: “On” means letters will be typed uppercase; “Offer” means letters will be typed lowercase.
• Scroll: “On” means moving your arrow keys will scroll the entire page; “Off” means arrOW keys that move you will jump in the cell.

1. The keyboard can be used on computers with a 2.4G receiver. Play and plug.

The keyboard can type normally on the ios system, but combination functions cannot work
on the ios system, which does not mean that the keyboard is damaged, only the problem of
system compatibility.

FAQ

1. How long is the battery life?
   The battery life is up to 200 hours. Before the first time using the K11 wireless gaming keyboard, please charge it for 4 hours.
2. Does the keyboard have wired mode?
   The keyboard just has the wireless mode. The USB cable only has the charging function.
3. Why the keyboard is not working?
   Please confirm the power switch is turning on after charging. Please confirm the 2.4G USB receiver is fully inserted into the interface.
4. Why the Type-C cable can’t charge it?
   You can try to use a 5V1A Type-C mobile phone cable to charge the keyboard, the charging indicator will be red.
5. How to re-pair the keyboard?
   Unplug the receiver, press ESC+Efor 3 seconds, the Scroll indicator light is always on, insert the receiver, and the keyboard re-paired successfully.

How to care for your keyboard

1. Wire safety
   Avoid bending it. Don’t place anything heavy on it to avoid stress, which can cause cuts or breakage.
2. Avoid Liquids
   The spiling of liquids is very harmful. It can damage your keyboard’s internal circuit or can cause malfunctioning of the keyboard.
3. Avoid eating while sitting on the keyboard
   Don’t eat while sitting near the keyboard. When you do so, small pieces of your food can fall and enter inside the circuit, which can result in stopping one or more keys from functioning.
4. Soft key press
   Try to press the keys as softly as you can. It helps in the long life of keys and characters printed upon them.
5. Cover after Use
   Cover it to avoid dust particles. It can harm the circuit under the keys, which results in the non-functioning of one or more keys.
6. Clean it properly
   Use a can of compressed air to clean between the keys. Moisten a cotton cloth or paper towel with rubbing alcohol and use it to clean the tops of the keys. Do not pour alcohol or any other liquid directly onto the keys.
