HA23 User Manual Operating Instructions Battery Installation Open the battery holder by holding the lock of its cover and insert 2 x AA batteries as illustrated. Warning: Ensure the batteries are inserted according to the polarity label. The product will not work if the batteries are incorrectly inserted. On / Off On: When the light is off, press the switch until a click sound is heard to turn on the light. Off: When the light is on, press the switch until a click sound is heard to turn off the light. Brightness Levels The HA23 has 3 brightness levels and BEACON Mode. When the light is on, half press the switch to cycle through the following brightness levels: LOW – MID – HIGH ­ BEACON. When shut down and reactivated in over 5 seconds, it will automatically access LOW Level. Timing Protection Function The HA23 will regulate its output to avoid overheating and prolong the lifespan of the batteries when accessing the HIGH Level for over 10 minutes. Cautions Please use high-quality batteries. When the product is left unused for prolonged time, please remove all batteries to prevent battery leakage due to possible poor quality of the batteries. DO NOT direct the beam towards naked eyes. DO NOT disassemble, modify or reconstruct the product, otherwise the warranty will be nullified, and the product might be damaged. Changing Batteries The batteries should be replaced when the output appears to be dim or the headlamp becomes unresponsive due to low power. Warranty Service All NITECORE® products are warranted for quality. Any DOA / defective product can be exchanged for a replacement through a local distributor/ dealer within 15 days of purchase. After that, all defective / malfunctioning NITECORE® products can be repaired free of charge within 60 months from the date of purchase. Beyond 60 months, a limited warranty applies, covering the cost of labor and maintenance, but not the cost of accessories or replacement parts. The warranty will be nullified if the product(s) is/are broken down, reconstructed and/or modified by unauthorized parties; the product(s) i s/are damaged due to improper use; (e.g. reversed polarity installation) the product(s) is/are damaged due to battery leakage. <h5>Operating Instructions</h5>
<p><strong>Battery Installation</strong><br />
Open the battery holder by holding the lock of its cover and insert 2 x AA batteries as illustrated.<br />
<strong>Warning:</strong> Ensure the batteries are inserted according to the polarity label. The product will not work if the batteries are incorrectly inserted.</p>
<p><strong>On / Off</strong><br />
On: When the light is off, press the switch until a click sound is heard to turn on the light.<br />
Off: When the light is on, press the switch until a click sound is heard to turn off the light.</p>
<p><strong>Brightness Levels</strong><br />
The HA23 has 3 brightness levels and BEACON Mode.<br />
