Compatibility
The juice pack air was designed and intended solely for the Apple iPhone 5. Please do not attempt to use the product with any other device.

Important
The juice pack comes charged and ready to go but after the initial use, normal charging will take only 2 to 3 hours for maximum power. You can charge it by itself or while the iPhone is inserted.

Charging your juice pack

Connect the included micro USB cable to the bottom of your juice pack. The USB cable can be plugged in to your computer or any power source with a USB out, like the standard USB wall adaptor included with your phone. The LEDs located on the back of the device will blink for 30 seconds to indicate the juice pack has begun charging. When the LEDs stop blinking, it does not mean the case has stopped charging. You can check the charging status by pushing the status button next to the LED lights; the juice pack is fully charged when all four LEDs light up.

Charging your iPhone 5 using the juice pack

If your iPhone is drained of power or if you want to extend the battery life of your phone, slide the iPhone into the juice pack.
Make sure that the connector is securely inserted into the bottom of the phone and the standby switch is turned “On,” or from red to green. When your phone recognizes the juice pack, a battery symbol will appear on the screen and you will hear a chirp from the iPhone. This indicates that the phone is charging and/or using the power from the juice pack rather than from the phone itself. If your iPhone is drained of power, the juice pack will immediately begin charging your phone when flipping from standby to charging mode. If your iPhone is fully charged, the juice pack will act as your primary battery and no power will be lost from the iPhone internal battery until the juice pack is depleted.

Checking the status of the juice pack

To check the battery status of the juice pack, press the status button located on the back of the device. When pressed, the LED lights will illuminate for several seconds. Four LEDs means that the juice pack is fully charged. One LED means that it is almost empty. Know before you go.

Switching your juice pack to standby mode

The switch on the back of the juice back allows you to choose between standby mode and charging mode. Both modes are indicated by a colored dot: red for standby and green for charging. To use your phone’s internal battery, flip the switch to standby mode. When your internal battery is low, flick the switch “On,” or green, and your iPhone will begin charging immediately.
Note: Using the standby switch will give you even more total battery life. The iPhone uses additional power to be on a constant charge. Charging when your battery is low will let you get the most power of out the juice pack.

To keep your juice pack operating to its fullest potential, we recommend the following:

Keep your juice pack dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
Do not wash the juice pack with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the case with a soft, water-dampened cloth. Wipe the pins gently with a soft, dry cloth.
Recharge your juice pack once every three months when not in use. Charge it for one hour before if you plan on putting it away

Warranty

At mophie, we are dedicated to making the best quality products we can. To back this up, your mophie juice pack is warranted for 1 full year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not affect any statutory rights that you may be entitled to. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt as proof of purchase. Be sure to register your product at mophie. com to activate. FAQ
How does it work?

The mophie juice pack has a rechargeable lithium polymer battery inside. When you slide your phone into the case, a connector at the base plugs into the port at the bottom of phone. Flip the standby switch on the back from red to green to start charging your phone. After using up all the power in the juice pack, just recharge it with the included micro USB cable for more on-the-go power. It’s as easy as that.

Why aren’t the LEDs blinking while the juice pack is charging?
After connecting to a power source, the LED status indicator will start blinking to indicate charging. The lights will turn off after 30 seconds allowing for a good night’s rest. Remember to check the status indicator before you disconnect. When all four LEDs are lit, your juice pack is fully charged.
What is the best method for charging my iPhone using the juice pack?
Assuming the iPhone and juice pack are both fully charged, we recommend waiting until your iPhone has 20% battery left. When you’re in the red, flip the standby switch to green and let the juice pack to do the heavy lifting. The iPhone requires more power to charge past 80%, so if you want to get the greatest battery boost from the juice pack, we suggest flipping back to standby mode until your phone battery is low again. This isn’t the end-all-be-all, but we like it.
What is the best method for charging my juice pack?

Connect the juice pack to a power source using the micro USB cable that came with your juice pack. The USB cable can be plugged in to your computer or any “Made for iPhone” power source with a USB out. You do not need to remove your iPhone from the juice pack to charge. Leaving the juice pack on your phone while charging will actually charge both the case and your iPhone simultaneously!

How many charge cycles do you get out of the juice pack? Or, in other words, how long will the juice pack last?

The juice pack is rechargeable for over 500 full cycles. A full cycle is when the case is charged from 0% to 100%. Partial cycles, like charging from 25% to 100%, will not count as a full cycle until all of the partials equal 100%. After 500 cycles, the battery in the juice pack may provide less than 75% of the original capacity. This is normal for any product with a lithium polymer battery.

What are the benefits of switching the juice pack to standby mode?

Using the standby switch will give you the biggest battery boost from the juice pack. The iPhone uses additional power to be on a constant charge, so charging when your phone battery is low will let you get the most from your juice pack.

Can I sync my iPhone while the juice pack is still attached?

Yep. You can sync wirelessly if your iPhone and laptop are connected to the same Wi-Fi network. Just flip your powered juice pack to charging mode or connect to any USB power source. Pretty cool, huh?

What is mophie’s return policy?

Will I always receive 100% extra the battery life with my juice pack?

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a 100% battery boost. The amount of additional battery you will receive depends on a variety of factors that are different for every user.

Does the juice pack block the speaker, microphone, camera, or any other ports?

Of course not. In fact, the juice pack is designed to act as a virtual speaker box! Sound is redirected from the bottom of the phone to the front resulting in a richer, fuller sound quality.

Does the juice pack interfere with antenna reception?
Not a chance.

The mophie power station go air provides portable power so you can charge your phone, tablet, and other electronic devices anywhere! The mophie power station go air also includes a convenient floodlight and emergency light. Compact, versatile and simple to use, the mophie power station go air and all accessories fit neatly in its carrying pouch and is perfect to store in your home or vehicle for everyday use or an emergency need. Never be without a charge, a jump start, or with a flat tire again!

– Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) jumper clamps together at any point.
– Do not insert any foreign object into the ports or openings of your mophie power station go air.
– Do not clean your mophie powerstation go air with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe the case with a soft cloth.
– Make sure the mophie powerstation go air’s charging ports do not become contaminated with lint or other debris. Use a canned-air type of product periodically to ensure that the port openings are clear.
– When using the air compressor, always check and follow the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Use caution as the air hose and connectors may get hot after extended use.
– Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.

Operating instructions

IMPORTANT: Before using the power station go air for the first time, fully charge it.
To charge your power station go air, use the provided Wall Charging Adapter, and plug the AC adapter plug into the charge input. Next, connect the AC adapter into a wall outlet. The power station go air will automatically begin charging. When the power station go air is fully charged, all five battery indicator lights will be solid white and the digital screen will indicate 100% charge. (This could take up to 9 hours).

While charging, the digital screen will illustrate the charge percentage of the power station go air. When fully charged, disconnect the cable.

NOTE:
The power station go air is designed to charge between 32°F-113°F (0-45° C). A “TEMP” indicator will be illustrated on the digital display if the power station go air is attempted to be charged outside of this temperature range.

Jump starting your vehicle with the power station go air
1. Plug the jumper cables into the jump start output on the power station go air.

NOTE: Make sure the jumper cables are fully plugged into the jump start output before trying to jump your vehicle.
2. Attach the jumper-cable clamps to the vehicle battery.
– Red clamp on positive terminal (+)
– Black clamp on negative terminal (-)

NOTE:
Once the jumper cable clamps are attached to the vehicle battery, the LCD will display the vehicle battery voltage.
– Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) clamps together at any point. If the jump start button flashes red, the jumper cables have been connected incorrectly. If this flashing red condition occurs, disconnect the jumper cables from vehicle battery and restart the process from Step 1.
3. Press the “Jump Start” button and wait for a solid green light.

NOTE: A flashing green light indicates safety checks are in progress.
Do not disconnect the jumper cables when the Jump-Start button is illuminated solid green. If you wish to cancel a jump-start attempt, simply press the Jump-Start button again and the solid green light will turn off indicating that the jump-start attempt has been cancelled.
4. Start your vehicle.
NOTE: If your vehicle fails to start after the first attempt, wait 30 seconds and repeat step 3 and step 4. If your vehicle does not start after three attempts, we recommend you consult a certified mechanic.
5. Disconnect the jumper-cable clamps from the car battery.
NOTE:
– The jump start function can not be used in conjunction with USB charging or the air compressor. Please ensure that you have not activated the USB or Air Compressor output modes when attempting to jump-start your vehicle.
– When attempting to jump-start your vehicle, turn off your headlights and any other components that may drain your car battery.
– The power station go air is designed to allow a jump start when used within a safe temperature range. A “TEMP” indicator will be illustrated on the digital display if used outside of the temperature operating range.

Jumpstart troubleshooting tips

Condition	Potential Cause	Solution
The Jump-Start button has been pressed but nothing happens	The USB ON/OFF Button or the Air Compressor ON/OFF Button has been pressed.	The jump start output can not be used in conjunction with the USB output or air compressor modes. Ensure that both USB and AIR Compressor modes are off.
powerstation go air displays a red “BATT TOO LOW” message	The power station go air is not sufficiently charged to jump start the vehicle.	Recharge the powerstation go air and verify at least 50% charged. Then try the jump-starting process again.
powerstation go air Jump Start button flashes red and a SAFETY CHECK FAIL message is displayed	The jumper cables have not been properly connected to the vehicle battery.	Check the jumper cables and ensure that the red clamp is connected to the positive terminal (+) and the black clamp is connected to the negative terminal (-).
power station go air Jump Start button flashes green continuously	The power station go air is waiting to be connected to a battery or a SAFETY CHECK FAIL has been triggered.	Check the jumper cables and ensure they are properly connected to the battery. Check and ensure the vehicle battery voltage is greater than 2.0V. If the SAFETY CHECK FAIL indicator is triggered during the jumpstart process, it is recommended that you consult with a certified mechanic.
powerstation go air displays a blue or red “TEMP” indicator	The powerstation go air has detected a low or high-temperature condition.	Disconnect the power station go air and allow the unit to acclimate to temperature operating range (14°F-122°F) (-10°C – 50°C).
You can not successfully jump-start your vehicle. The powerstation go air displays a vehicle battery voltage greater than 12.0V	The power station go air detects that it is connected to a vehicle battery with a normal starting voltage. This could indicate that another vehicle component is faulty.	It is recommended that you consult with a certified mechanic.
powerstation go air Jump Start and On/Off button flashes red and white	This could occur when attempting to jump-start a vehicle while other electrical components (i.e. headlights, heater, radio, etc.) are on.	Turn off your headlights and any other components that may drain your car battery and try the jump start process again.
	The vehicle battery may be faulty.	It is recommended that you consult with a certified mechanic.

NOTE: If none of these troubleshooting tips work, please consult a certified mechanic for assistance.

power station go air compressor

The powerstation go air comes equipped with a 24 Inch Air Hose Extension and Interchangeable Air Nozzles. Simply twist on the corresponding nozzle to inflate balls, pool floaties, bike tires, and more!
1. Connect the air hose to the tire or use the appropriate nozzle to connect to your inflatable device.
2. Press the (+) or (-) button to set the desired pressure. The pressure measuring units can be changed by pressing the UNIT button.
3. Once the desired pressure has been set, begin inflating by pressing the Air Compressor ON/OFF button. The air compressor will shut off automatically once the pressure has been reached.

NOTE: The air compressor can be started or stopped at any point by pressing the air compressor ON/OFF button. The (+) and (-) may be long pressed to set the desired pressure quickly.
Note: Always check and follow the manufacturer’s recommended pressure. Use caution as the air hose and connectors may get hot after extended use. The power station go air compressor is designed to automatically stop after an extended run-time or if an over-temperature protection setpoint is reached.

Charging an electronic device using the USB output ports

1. Your powerstation go air is compatible with the charging cable provided with your electronic device. To use, plug the Standard USB end of the cable into either one of the two 5V/2.4A USB Output ports located on your powerstation go air.
2. Turn on the USB charging by pressing the USB Power ON/OFF Button on the powerstation go air.

NOTE: The powerstation go air USB charging feature will automatically power off after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Your powerstation go air contains mophie SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY to achieve greater compatibility for charging standard 5V USB electronic devices. mophie SMART CHARGE TECHNOLOGY will allow the powerstation go air to communicate with your electronic device and provide the fastest and safest charge for that device.

Using your powerstation go air floodlight

The floodlight can be turned on and off by simply pressing and releasing the floodlight ON/OFF button. The first press will turn on the floodlight. A second press will turn on the red emergency light. The third press will turn on SOS flashing red light. The floodlight will automatically turn off after 2 hours of inactivity.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

When used correctly, lithium-ion rechargeable batteries provide a safe and dependable source of portable power. However, if they are misused or abused, this may result in leakage, burns, fire, or explosion, causing personal injury or damage to other devices.
Misusing or incorrectly connecting the power station to a rugged flashlight may cause an electric shock to users and damage equipment.
Do not operate in explosive atmospheres such as in the presence of flammable liquids, gases, or dust.
Remove jump start clamps from vehicle battery after jump starting vehicle.
Keep the power station goes rugged flashlight dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials. The power station goes rugged flashlight should not be used near water or wet areas such as bathtubs, showers, bathrooms, sinks, swimming pools, or basements.
Do not expose the power station to a rugged flashlight to moisture, water, rain, or snow.
Keep the power station goes rugged flashlight away from heat sources, including open flames, radiators, stoves, ovens, and any other devices that produce heat.
The lithium-ion rechargeable battery used in this charging device may present a risk of fire or chemical burn if mistreated. Do not expose to fire or excessive temperature. Do not expose to heat above 212°F (100°C) or incinerate.
In the unlikely event of leakage or explosion use sand or a chemical fire extinguisher.
The power station goes rugged flashlight may become warm under extended high power operation. Do not cover, wrap, or otherwise restrict the power station go rugged flashlight during operation.
Do not disassemble the power station with go rugged flashlight. There are no user-serviceable parts inside. Incorrect reassembly may result in shock or fire hazards.
Do not drop or subject to strong impacts. Do not operate the power station go rugged flashlight if it has received a sharp blow, or has otherwise been damaged in any way.
Do not puncture, crush or subject to mechanical shock.
Only charge the power station goes rugged flashlight by the specified method with the specified charging adapter provided with the unit.
Do not use any non-mophie-branded accessories with the power station go rugged flashlight. Doing so may cause an electric shock to users and damage equipment.
The power station goes rugged flashlight, along with its accessories, are not toys and should be kept away from children.
Make sure the jumper cables are fully plugged into the jump start output before trying to jumpstart your vehicle.
Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) jumper clamps together at any point.
Do not insert any foreign object into the pores or openings of the power station go rugged flashlight.
Do not clean the power station goes rugged flashlight with harsh chemicals, soaps, or detergents. Just wipe the case with a soft cloth.
Make sure the power station goes rugged flashlight’s charging ports do not become contaminated with lint or other debris. Use a canned-air type of product periodically to ensure that the port openings are clear.
Batteries should be recycled or disposed of as per state and local guidelines.

SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS

Charging your power station go rugged flashlight IMPORTANT:

Before using the power station goes rugged flashlight for the first time, fully charge it (so that pressing any button lights up all four LEDs on the LED Battery Indicators).
To charge the power station goes rugged flashlight, connect the provided USB Wall Charger with the provided USB Type-C Cable. Next, connect the USB Wall Charger into a wall outlet; and the USB Type-C Cable tip into the power station goes rugged flashlight. The power station goes rugged flashlight will automatically begin charging. When the power station goes rugged flashlight is fully charged, all four battery indicator lights will be solid white. (This could take up to 7 hours). When fully charged, disconnect the cable.
NOTE:

Blinking light indicates recharging. Solid lights indicate fully charged.
The power station goes rugged flashlight is designed to charge between 32°F-113°F (0-45°C). The battery indicators will rapidly flash if the power station goes rugged flashlight is attempted to be charged outside of this temperature range.

The LED flashlight has a low and high beam mode. Press the flashlight power ON/OFF button once to turn on low beam mode. Press the button a second time to turn on high beam mode.

The Work Light / Emergency Light can be turned on/off by pressing the Work Light / Emergency Light Power ON/OFF button. The first press will turn on the work light. A second press will turn on the red emergency light. The third press will turn on SOS flashing red light.
NOTE:

The flashlight and work light will automatically turn off after 2 hours of inactivity.

1. Plug the jumper cables into the jump-start output on the power station go rugged flashlight.
NOTE: Make sure the jumper cables are fully plugged into the jump-start output before trying to jump-start your vehicle.

2. Attach the jumper cable clamps to the vehicle battery.

Red clamp on positive terminal (+)
Black clamp on negative terminal (-)
NOTE:
Do not touch red (positive) and black (negative) clamps together at any point. If the jump start
button flashes red, the jumper cables have been connected incorrectly. If this flashing red condition occurs, disconnect the jumper cables from vehicle battery and restart the process from Step 1.

3. Press the “Jump-Start” button and wait for the solid green light.
NOTE: A flashing green light indicates safety checks are in progress.

Do not disconnect the jumper cables when the Jump-Start button is illuminated solid green. If you wish to cancel a jump-start attempt, simply press the Jump-Start button again and the solid green light will turn off indicating that the jump-start attempt has been canceled.

4. Start your vehicle.
NOTE: If your vehicle fails to start after the first attempt, wait 30 seconds and repeat step 3 and step 4. If your vehicle does not start after three attempts, we recommend you consult a certified mechanic.

5. Disconnect the jumper cable clamps from the car battery.
NOTE:

The jump-start function can not be used in conjunction with USB charging. Please ensure that you have not activated the USB output when attempting to jump-start your vehicle.
The powerstation go rugged flashlight is designed to allow a jump-start when used within a safe temperature range.
When attempting to jump-start your vehicle, turn off your headlights and any other components that may drain your car battery.

Jumpstart troubleshooting tips

NOTE: If none of these troubleshooting tips work, please consult a certified mechanic for assistance.

Charging an electronic device using the USB output port
1. Connect the USB Type-C tip of the supplied USB Type-C Cable into the USB Type-C input of your electronic device and connect the Standard USB end of the supplied USB Type-C cable into the powerstation go rugged flashlight USB 5V/2.4A Output port.

2. Turn on the USB charging by pressing the USB Power ON/OFF Button on the powerstation go rugged flashlight.
NOTE:

If your electronic device does not have a USB Type-C Input, the powerstation go rugged flashlight is also compatible with the charging cable provided with your electronic device. To use, plug the standard USB end of the cable into the 5V/2.4A USB Output port located on the powerstation go rugged flashlight.
The powerstation go rugged flashlight USB charging feature will automatically power off after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Switch off the wireless charger when not in use. The wireless charger will automatically switch off when disconnected from its wall charger.
To disconnect the charging pad from line voltage, pull the AC adapter from the AC outlet.
The AC outlet shall be installed near the charging pad and shall be easily accessible.
To comply with FCC RF exposure compliance requirements, the wireless charger must be used with a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons.

The mophie juice pack battery cases made for Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ will charge wirelessly from any mophie charge force charger or any Qi-compatible wireless charger and are also compatible with other wireless charging technologies, such as those used at coffee houses, on airline flights, in furniture products with wireless charging, and in consumer vehicles that support wireless charging.
The juice pack cases will also wirelessly charge from a Samsung Fast Charge Wireless Charging Pad but will charge at standard wireless charging speeds, not at 1.4x Fast Charging speeds.

Installing your juice pack case

Separate the juice pack case sections.
Slide your Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ phone all the way into the bottom section of the juice pack case so that the case’s USB-C connector is fully inserted into the phone’s USB-C port.
Slide the top section of the juice pack case all the way over the exposed top of the phone so that it snaps into the bottom section of the case.

Charging your phone using your juice pack case

IMPORTANT: Before using your juice pack case for the first time, fully charge it (so that pressing the charge status button lights all 4 LEDs).

To begin charging your phone, press the status button for two seconds. To stop charging your phone, press the status button again for 3 seconds.

Charging your juice pack case (Wireless)
Your juice pack case will charge wirelessly from mophie charge force mounts and all Qi-compatible wireless chargers and can be wirelessly charged by most brands of wireless charging bases. It is also compatible with other wireless charging technologies, such as those used at coffee houses, on airline flights, furniture products with wireless charging, and in consumer vehicles that support wireless charging.

Place the juice pack case against the mophie charge force mount or on the wireless charging base.
Follow the charging base instructions, and make sure that the juice pack case is centered on the charging base. (When charging from a mophie charge force mount the juice pack case will automatically align itself for a proper charge.)

Charging your juice pack case (Wired)
Use the USB-C cable supplied with your Galaxy S8 or Galaxy S8+ phone to charge your juice pack case by connecting it to the USB-C wall adapter included with your phone, or a USB-C car charger. This will allow the case and phone to charge at the fastest speeds available from the adapter or charger.

Checking your juice pack case’s charging status
Momentarily press the status button on your juice pack case and the status LEDs will indicate its charge level. Four LEDs mean that the case is fully charged, while one LED means that it’s almost empty. Know before you go!
Taking care of your juice pack battery case

Keep your juice pack case dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
Do not clean your juice pack case with harsh chemicals, soaps, or detergents. Just wipe it with a soft, water-dampened cloth.
Make sure the case’s USB port does not become contaminated with lint or other debris. Use a canned-air type of product periodically to ensure that the port opening is clear.
Recharge your juice pack case once every three months when not in use. If you plan on putting it away, charge it for one hour first.

Is the case too heavy for a popsocket with a popsocket mount for a car?

Yes it keeps the mophie low and not on the window it’s to heavy and could fall on your leg.

Does the case block access to the headphone jack?

No there is a hole that allows for the headphone jack to plug in.

why doesnt my case charge with any of the cables i bought except the original Samsung one?

Because most likely the other cables aren’t capable of delivering the charge that is required to charge both the 3500 mAh AND the 3300mAh Mophie battery. The original Samsung cable works because it’s delivering the appropriate amount of current to charge both. You could try a cable that’s rated for charging both but most likely the cheap knockoffs aren’t doing the job.

Did anyone find a car mount that will hold this securely?

the vent-type holder does a great job holding mine/ drove lyft and uber for 4 months and only one time did the phone slip out of vent mount

Because your usb port is dead, it might not work because the Mophie is plugged on the bottom into your usb port. Your phone by itself should charge wirelessly.

Installing Your Juice Pack Battery Case

Separate the top and bottom Juice Pack case sections.
Slide your Galaxy S9 or Galaxy S9+ phone all the way into the bottom section of the Juice Pack case so that USB-C connector in the case is fully inserted into the USB-C port in the phone.
Slide the top section of the Juice Pack case all the way over the exposed top of the phone so that it snaps into the bottom section of the case.

Charging Your Phone Using Your Juice Pack Battery Case

IMPORTANT: Before using your Juice Pack battery case for the first time, fully charge it (so that pressing the charge status button lights all 4 LEDs).

To begin charging your phone, press the status button for 3 seconds. The status LEDs will flash in sequence away from the status button 3 times, indicating that the Juice Pack battery has begun charging the phone.

If you want to stop charging your phone and save some battery for later, just press the status button again for 3 seconds. The status LEDs will flash in sequence towards the status button 3 times, indicating that the Juice Pack battery has stopped charging the phone.

Charging Your Juice Pack Battery Case (Wireless)

Your Juice Pack battery case will charge wirelessly from mophie wireless charging pads and all Qi-compatible wireless chargers, including those used on airline flights and in coffee houses, furniture products, and consumer vehicles.

Connect the mophie wireless charging pad or other wireless charging base to a wall outlet according to its instructions.
Place the Juice Pack case on the mophie wireless charging pad or other wireless charging base.
Make sure that the Juice Pack case is centered on the charging base. Charging will begin automatically.

Charging Your Juice Pack Case (Wired)

Checking Your Juice Pack Battery Case’s Charging Status

Momentarily press the status button on your Juice Pack battery case and the status LEDs will indicate its charge level. Four LEDs means that the case is fully charged, while one LED means that it’s almost empty. Know before you go!

Taking Care of Your Juice Pack Battery Case

Keep your Juice Pack battery case dry and away from moisture and corrosive materials.
Do not clean your Juice Pack battery case with harsh chemicals, soaps or detergents. Just wipe it with a soft, water-dampened cloth.
Make sure the Juice Pack battery case’s USB port does not become contaminated with lint or other debris. Use a canned-air type of product periodically to ensure that the port opening is clear.
Recharge your Juice Pack battery case once every three months when not in use. If you plan on putting it away, charge it for one hour first.

Charging your portable battery

IMPORTANT: Before using your powerstation plus/ powerstation plus XL portable battery for the first time, fully charge it (so that pressing the charge status button lights all four status LEDs).

Wired charging

Connect the Lightning cable included with your Apple device to your powerstation plus/powerstation plus XL portable battery’s Lightning input port and to a power source with a USB output, such as the wall adapter included with your Apple device.

Wireless charging

(powerstation plus XL portable battery only)

Place the powerstation plus XL portable battery on a mophie wireless charging pad or other Qi-compatible wireless charging base.
Make sure that the powerstation plus XL portable battery is centered on the charging pad as shown in the illustration. Charging will begin automatically.

Press the status button for 3 seconds to begin charging. You can connect devices to the portable battery’s USB-A port and to its integrated Lightning cable at the same time.

Priority+ pass-through charging

When you’re recharging your powerstation plus/powerstation plus XL portable battery, Priority+ pass-through charging provides power to an Apple device connected to the portable battery’s integrated Lightning charging cable first, before the portable battery starts to recharge. (The portable battery’s USB-A port is disabled during Priority+ pass-through charging.)
Note: If you’re recharging the powerstation plus or powerstation plus XL portable battery from your computer, Priority+ pass-through charging can sync with iTunes using the powerstation portable battery’s integrated Lightning cable.
