Hardware Installation

1. Turn on your TV and power up the MiraScreen dongle by connecting the USB cable from the dongle to a USB adapter (5V1A). Please place the WiFi receiver at a location with good WiFi reception.
2. Connect the MiraScreen dongle directly into an HDTV input port on your TV.
3. Set your TV’s Source/Input selection to HDTV input port connected to the MiraScreen dongle
4. Your MiraScreen dongle now starts up and will display instructions on your TV screen. Follow the instructions to complete setup

Setup for iOS (iPhone/iPad)

1. Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
2. Connect your iPhone with MiraScreen via Wi-Fi. Launch browser (http://192.168.203.1) on your iPhone to setup Internet for MiraScreen (connect MiraScreen to your Home WiFi Router).
3. Connect you iPhone to Home WiFi Router. Swipe up on your iPhone and tap on AirPlay Mirroring, then select MiraScreen as target.
4. Your iPhone/iPad screen will be shown on your TV through MiraScreen.

Setup for Android

1. Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
2. Turn on your Android menu, and then enable Miracast.
3. Select MiraScreen as target and wait for connection.
4. Your Android screen will be shown on your TV, reconnect if necessary.

Companion App, EZMira

1. Scan QRCode on screen to download EZMira App
2. Launch the EZMira App
3. Click “Connect” button to start mirroring from Android

Connect to Home WiFi Router

1. Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
2. Connect your Android with MiraScreen via WiFi.
3. Launch browser to access (http://192.168.203.1) on your Android to setup Internet for MiraScreen (connect MiraScreen to your home WiFi Router).

Setup for Google Home (Android)

Please connect MiraScreen to home WiFi router* in advance.
Download Google Home App from Google Play. Launch the Google Home App, login with Google account. Then you may mirror Android to MiraScreen using Google Home as below.

Note: MiraScreen dongle need to be connected to Internet for using Google Home App
Note: Please be aware Android should have Google Play Service in order to install Google Home.
Note: Make sure your mobile phone and MiraScreendevice connected with the same home WiFi router.

Setup for Mac

1. Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
2. Connect your Mac with MiraScreen via Wi-Fi. Launch browser (http://192.168.203.1) on your Mac to setup MiraScreen (Connect MiraScreen to your Home WiFi Router).
3. Connect you Mac to Home WiFi Router. Turn on AirPlay, then select MiraScreen as target.
4. Your Mac screen will be shown on your TV through MiraScreen.

Setup for Windows

1. Wait for MiraScreen main screen after power on.
2. For Windows 8.1, execute “Windows Start Menu > Settings > PC and devices >Devices> Add a device”, and then search for MiraScreen dongle.
   For Window 10, execute “Windows Start Menu > Settings > Connected devices > Add a printer or scanner”, and then search for MiraScreen dongle.
3. Your Windows screen will be shown on your TV through MiraScreen connection.

Companion Application, EZMira
Download and install EZMira to your Windows from https://MiraScreen.com/app-download.
Then you may mirror Windows to MiraScreen using EZMira as below.

Wireless 2.4GHz and 5GHz network(Available for 5G dongles only)
MiraScreen will operate at the same wireless band as the router. Therefore, please connect MiraScreento an 5G wireless home router for using 5GHz WiFi Band
MiraScreen’s WiFi SSID and Password are shown on the TV screen. You may connect your mobile phone or laptop to the MiraScreen ‘s WiFi SSID, and then setup accordingly.

Setup for your MiraScreen

1. If MiraScreen connected to Home WiFi router, then please connect your phone or laptop to the same Home WiFi router. Launch web browser on your phone or laptop, then access the IP address (Shown on main screen) of MiraScreen to enter setup page.
2. If MiraScreen does NOT connected to any Home WiFi router, then please connect your phone or laptop to SSID of MiraScreen via WiFi. Launch web browser on your phone or laptop, then access the IP address (http://192.168.203.1) of MiraScreen to enter setup page.
3. The setup page of MiraScreen will be shown on your phone or laptop.

Settings and Firmware Upgrade

1. Internet: Connect your MiraScreen to local Wi-Fi network.
   Note: The connection between MiraScreen and your device may be disconnected when MiraScreen connects to local WiFi network instead.
2. Password: Change the password of MiraScreen
3. Resolution: Output resolution of MiraScreen
4. EZAir mode: Mirror only (recommended). Mirror+streaming for iOS 11.1 and 11.2.
5. Upgrade: upgrade the firmware of MiraScreen.

Introduction

MiraScreen is a powerful WiFi display receiver product, it integrated mode advanced WiFi 802.11 b/g/n for both 2.4Ghz switch to prevent traditional 2.4Ghz channel crowded problem. It doesn’t only support Miracast for Android/Windows, but also support AirPlay for iOS devices. Users can also use 3rd party DLNA apps to work with it.

Hardware Installation

Due to 802.11 b/g/n WiFi module will consume more power, please be noted to use a power adapter with at least 1Amp supply (5V1A adapter is recommended)

Hardware

AirPlay/Miracast button: Switch AirPlay or Miracast Mode on the fly

AirPlay Mirror

Make sure your device is booted and stayed in AirPlay/DLNA mode

iOS

1. Open WiFi setting, find MiraScreen-xxxxxxxx and connect with it
   
2. Swipe up and find AirPlay
3. Find MiraScreen-xxxxxx
   
4.  Select mirror and the screen will be projected out
   

Mac

1. Find MiraScreen-xxxxxxxx in WiFi list
   
2. Open AirPlay and select MiraScreen then the screen will be mirrored
   

Miracast

Make sure your device is booted and switched to Miracast mode

Android

1. Open Miracast setting and turn it on (Normally in Display setting)
   
2.  Find MiraScreen and connect, then the screen will be mirrored
   

some device may require PIN code before Miracast mirror, please check the PIN code shown on MiraScreen device.

WindowsPhone 8.1

1. Open setting and select project my screen then find MiraScreen-xxxxxxxx, after connecting it will start to project your screen

Windows 8.1

1. Go to PC and devices, select Device, and add new device, find MiraScreen-xxxxxx
   
2. Select MiraScreen device, once the connection is established, your screen will be mirrored.
   

Setting

After WiFi is connected with MiraScreen, you can open your web browser to edit settings, please enter IP: 192.168.203.1 (Sample fig. is based on mobile device)

There are 6 setting functions:

• Internet: Set up MiraScreen to link with home router to keep internet surfing (Please be noted your connection between mobile device and MiraScreen may disconnect when you link it to Home router at the 1st
  time)
• Language: Multiple languages for selection
• Password: Change default WiFipassword
• Default Mode: Select AirPlay or Miracast as default after booting
• Resolution: Setup output resolution
• Upgrade: Latest firmware upgrade (please be noted this will require internet connection)
