Earphones

Medium Ea r T i p s h ave been assembled in advance. However, you may try large or small ones, if the medium ones do not fit you well.

When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain clear calling.

Power-on
Take out earphones from the case to power on them. Or touch both panels for 1.5s to power on earphones (LED glows solid white) when they are not in the case.

Power-off
Put earphones into the case to power off them. Or touch both panels for 4.5s to power off earphones. (LED glows solid red for 2s).

Ignore Call
Touch the panel for 1s to ignore incoming call.

Stereo Mode
Auto pairing: take out both EarBuds from the case and they will auto pair with each other in 2 or 3s. Earphones will be connectable to cellphone when white slowly. On cellphone, LED on right EarBud blinks search for “Haylou-GT1_R” and tap to connect. If earphones fail to be connected to cellphone, please put EarBuds back to the case and repeat the above steps. Earphones will auto reconnect to the last device in connectivity records, if any.

Note: earphones have been setted to factory when shipping out.

Manual pairing: manually power on two EarBuds and they will auto pair with each other when LED blinks white promptly. Then LED on the right EarBud will blink white slowly and now you can tap it on cellphone to connect.

Mono Mode
Auto pairing: take out one EarBud from the case to power on it. Its LED will soon blink slowly then search for Haylou-GT1 R/L on cellphone and tap to connect. EarBud will auto reconnect to last device in connectivity records, if any.

Note: it may take more times for the left EarBud to reconnect

Manual pairing: manually power on one EarBud. Its LED will soon blink white slowly then search for it on cellphone and tap to connect

How to Charge
Prior to using, please peel off sticker on the pogo pins and top up the earphones.

Play/pause
When standby, touch the panel to pause/play music.
Note: media player should run in background.

Voice Assistant
When standby, triple touch the panel to activate voice assistant.
Note: device needs to support voice assistant and fast awakening be turned on.

Answer/End Call
Double touch the panel to answer incoming call and double touch the panel again to end it.

Skip Track Forward/backward
Touch the panel on right earbud twice to skip track forward.
Touch the panel on left earbud twice to skip track backward.

Three-way Calling & Switch
Touch the panel twice to answer incoming call from phone. if another call is coming in sync , touch the panel to put the first call on hold while activating the second one. Double touch the panel to switch between active call and held call.

Switch Audio Output
When calling, touch the panel for 1s to switch audio output between earphones and cellphone.

Factory Setting
If earphones do not function well, please refer the following steps to reset factory: take EarBuds out from the case. Power off the earphones then toch both panels for about 15s ( LED will blink red and white three times twice). After that, put them back to the case. Delete connectivity record on cellphone before processing another pairing. (All connectivity records relating to the EarBuds will all be removed).

Caveats

How to Charge

Put earbuds back into the case to charge, earbuds will auto power off.LED will glow solid red when charging and turn to white for 1 minute once top-up.

Mono Mode

Auto-connect: take out either earbud to power on.

When LED blinks white slowly(before that it blinks red and white promptly), search for Haylou GT3 on your cellphone and tap to connect.

Manual connection: when earbuds are turned off, manually turn on one of the earbuds. wait for the earbuds LED will then blink white slowly. On your cellphone, search for
the earbud and tap to connect.

Stereo Mode
Auto pairing:
Take out both earbuds from the case. On your cellphone, search for Haylou GT3 and tap to connect. If you fail to build a connection, please pull the earbuds back into the case and repeat the above steps. Once connected, earbuds will auto-reconnect to the last device in connectivity records whenever powering on(Bluetooth faculty needs to be turned on) .

Manual connection: when earbuds are turned off, manually turn on both of them again, they auto-start to pair with each other(LED will blink red and white promptly). When they finish pairing(LED on master earbud will blink white slowly}, search on cellphone and tap to connect.

Function

1. Please charge the product, in case it has not been used for over two weeks.
2. Please use a certificated charger.
3. Do not wear earphones for the long term to protect your hearing.
4. Do not wear earphones in any situations with potential risks as wearing them may reduce your perception to the outside world. aily maintenance
Please do not shower with earbuds. Do not wear them in rainy days.Do not leave them in the washing machines or in other extreme situations. Clean them with a dry cloth after use in pursuing a longer service life.

Factory Setting
If earbuds do not function well, please refer to the following steps to reset the factory: put earbuds back into the case to charge themselves, keep touching both panels for 10s or until the LED blinks red and white 3 times. Delete relative connectivity records on cellphone and re-build connection with cellphones.

Audio only outputs from a single earbud It’s are the case. Please reset the earbuds, remove the connectivity record on your cellphone, and re-connect the earbuds to your cellphone.

 Another problem in charging LED glows solid white for 1 minute when earbuds are topped up. The carry case will not charge earbuds if its battery drains. LEDs on the carrying case will turn off once the case is topped up. If you charge it once again, LEDs will not give any notice, which does not mean the case is not charged.

Power-on

Keep touching panels for 4s to power off ( LED glows solid red for 2s).

How to Pair?

1)Automatically Pair

1. Take two earbuds out from the charging case  simultaneously, then open the Bluetooth device search “Haylou GRI XR R ” or Haylou GTI XR L” , finally click it to complete the connection;
2. Wait for about 2 seconds, the device interface pops up prompting to pair the other side of the earbud, and click on the pairing connection;
3. After the first connection, the earbuds can be automatically connected to the latest paired device (Bluetooth needs to be turned on).

Note: Put the earbuds back to the charging case and repeat  the above operation if the connection tails.

2) App connection

• Scan the 9R code on the package or below to download  the “Haylou ‘ App in the App Store or Google Play;
• When connecting to the App for the first time turn on  the charging case without taking out the earbuds, and keep the Bluetooth of the device turned on;
• Open the”Haylou” App, select “Add Device” on the device page, and follow the page prompts to complete the search

3) Earbuds pop-up window function

• Open the ‘Haylou” App and login the App;
• Open the earbud case, the pop-up window will appear on  the phone;
• Click connection, and the pairing prompt of phone Bluetooth  and earbuds will pop up. Complete the paring according to  the prompt;
• The earbuds are paired with phone Bluetooth and connected  successfully. Click “More Settings” on the pop-up window,  the App successfully binds the earbuds.

Notes:

• Whenever instructions in App diverge from the above steps,  please follow the instructions in the App;
• Keep the charging case and earbuds fully charged and the  Bluetooth function is open on the Bluetooth device.
• iOS device does not support pop-up window animation.

Mono Mode

Functions

Switch Between Mono Mode and Stereo Mode
Pick up two earbuds to auto enter stereo mode  and push one back to enter mono mode. Or you  can pick it up again to resume stereo mode.

LEDs on Charging Case

Whenever you open/close lid, four LEDs will blink 3 times then some/all of them will glow solid for IOS according to practical battery level.

Low battery warning(carry case): If battery level is under 25%, LED for low battery warning will keep blinking white 3 times in I minute.

Caveats

If any malfunction emerges in the earbuds, please refer the following steps:

  Factory setting: put earbuds into case to charge them then keep touching earbuds for IOS or until LEDs blink red and white 3 times to set them to factory. They will then auto power on and get charged. Pick up two earbuds(LEDs will blink red and white quickly) and they will auto pair with each other. Earbuds will auto turn to be connectable to phone when LED on left earbud turns off and LED on right earbud blinks white promptly. Delete connectivity record in device and reconnect the earbuds to phone.

  Audio only outputs from single earbud
It’s really rare. Please reset GTI XR , remove connectivity record on your cellphone and re-connect the earphones to your cellphone.

  Other cases in charging
LED glows solid white for I minute when earbuds are topped up.
Carry case cannot charge earbuds, if its battery drains. LEDS on carry case will turn off once the case is topped up.

Daily maintenance

2. Open the APP, register an account and log in.
3. Follow the steps in the app to pair your watch correctly. Once pairing is complete, the watch will display the correct time.

Charging the Watch 

1. Connect the USB port of the watch charging cable to a mobile phone charger or a computer USB port.
2. Put the watch into the charging base. Pay attention to the direction and position of the watch, and make sure that the metal contacts on the back of the watch fit closely with the charging base.
3. When charging starts, the watch screen displays the charging progress.

Wearing the Watch

1. Wear the watch strap not too tightly or too loosely, and leave enough space for the skin to breathe. This makes you feel comfortable and allows the sensor to function.

Yes! I own this model and I have it set to show the display when. From the main screen on the watch, squeeze the side button until you see the app list appear. Scroll down to settings- tap it- scroll down to “ lit upon wrist lift” – tap it- it will take you to options of either “all day on” or setting a scheduled start and stop time, or all day off for the display being on when you lift your wrist.

Is it possible to access message notifications after the initial, immediate notification?

Yes, you will be able to tap the notification to open the message or just swipe up to view them.

How to Wear

Please put on the watch and move it about one finger distance from your carpus. Please adjust the tightness of the watch band to fit yourself.
Note: Too loose of the band may impact the performance of the heart rate sensor.

How to Link

How to Use

1. In-Home Page, slide down from the top of the watch face to open Quick Setting.
2. In-Home Page, slide up from the bottom of the watch face to open Control Panel.
3. In-Home Page, slide right/left to skip to previous/next page.
4. When it’s not on Home Page, slide from the left edge to the right edge to return to the previous page.
5. In-Home Page, keep touching screen for 3s to enter Watch Face Change.
6. Hold function button for 3s to power on/off.
7. Press the function button to return to Home Page (only open one page).
8. Press the function button to skip to the previous page (open two pages).
9. Press the function button to pause/resume your workout (during workout).

How to Charge

1. Charge the watch via charging cable and make sure pogo pins are well-contacted.
2. Use a qualified adapter with an output voltage of 5V and an output current of 0.5A or above.
3. If you do not use the watch for a long time, the charging icon may not show up until you charge the watch for over 1 minute.
4. Please always keep pogo pins dry.

Overview

Charging Case

What’s in the Box BT earphones, charging case, EarTips X 2 pairs, user manual, charging cable

Earphones

Medium EarTips have been assembled in advance. However, you may try large or small ones, if the medium ones do not fit you well.

When calling, adjust Mic towards mouth to gain clear calling

Power-on

Take out earphones from the case to power on them. Or touch both panels for 1.5s to power on earphones ( LED glows solid white) when they are not in the case.

Power-off

Put earphones into the case to power off them.
Or touch both panels for 4.5s to power off earphones ( LED glows solid red for 2s ).

Ignore Call

Touch the panel is to ignore the incoming calls.

Stereo Mode

Auto pairing: take out both EarBuds from the case and they will auto pair with each other in 2 or 3s. Earphones will be connectable to cellphones when the LED on right EarBud blinks white slowly. On a cellphone, search for “Haylou-GTLR” and tap to connect.
If earphones fail to be connected to a cellphone, please put EarBuds back to the case and repeat the above steps. Earphones will auto-reconnect to the last device in connectivity records if any.
Note: earphones have been set to the factory when shipping out.

Manual pairing: manually power on two EarBuds and they will auto pair with each other when LED blinks white promptly. Then LED on the right EarBud will blink white slowly and now you can tap it on your cellphone to connect.

Mono Mode

Auto pairing: take out one EarBud from the case to power on it. Its LED will soon blink slowly then search for Haylou-GT1 R/L on cellphone and tap to connect. EarBud will auto-reconnect to the last device in connectivity records if any. Note: it may take more time for the left EarBud to reconnect.
Manual pairing: manually power on one EarBud. Its LED will soon blink white slowly then search for it on cellphone and tap to connect.

How to Charge

Prior to using, please peel off sticker on the pogo pins and top up the earphones

Play/pause

When standby, touch the panel to pause/play music. Note: media player should run in the background.

Voice Assistant

When standby, triple touch the panel to activate the voice assistant.
Note: device needs to support voice assistant and fast awakening be turned on.

Answer/End Cali

Double touch the panel to answer an incoming call and double touch the panel again to end it.

Skip Track Forward/backward

Touch the panel on the right earbud twice to skip track forward
Touch the panel on the left earbud twice to skip track backward

Three-way Calling & Switch

Touch the panel twice to answer incoming calls from the phone. if another call is coming in sync, touch the panel to put the first call on hold while activating the second one. Double touch the panel to switch between an active call and held call.

Switch Audio Output

When calling,touch the panel for is to switch the audio output between earphones and cellphones.

Factory Setting

If earphones do not function well, please refer to the following steps to reset the factory: take EarBuds out from the case. Power off the earphones then touch both panels for about 15s ( LED will blink red and white three times twice). After that, put them back to the case. Delete connectivity record on the cellphone before processing another pairing All connectivity records relating to the EarBuds will all be removed )

Tips

1. Before using the headset, please read the manual carefully and keep it for future references.

How to Wear

Please adjust earbud to fit yourself best.

When calling, adjust Mic 1 towards mouth to gain better talking experience.

How to Charge

1. Fully charge the charging case and earbuds before first use.
2. Insert the charging cable to simultaneously charge the earbuds and the charging case.
3. Earbuds: Put them back into the case, the earbuds indicator light is solid red. After fully charged, the indicator light is solid white for 60s and then goes out.

Battery Indicator of Charging Case

Open/close the lid, the actual battery level will be displayed after three lights flash 3 times. When the battery is greater than 30%, the battery indicator will be on for 10s and then go out.
(You need to close the case first then open to check battery level display again)
Low battery prompt of charging case: less than 30%, LED1 flashes 3 times every 2s, and goes out after 1 minute of continuous circulation.

Power-on

When the earbuds are in the charging case, open lid to power on.
When the earbuds are outside the case and in power-off state, long press the MFB button for about 1.5s to power on.

Power-off

Put earbuds back into case and close the lid, they will automatically power off.
In power-on state, long press the MFB button for about 4.5s (white light flashes twice).

How to Connect

Take out both earbuds from the case simultaneously. Open device Bluetooth, search for “Haylou W1” and click to connect.
If connection fails, put earbuds back into case and try again. After connection, earbuds will automatically re-connect to the last-paired device whenever powering on (Bluetooth needs to be turned on).

Switch between mono and stereo mode: Pick up two earbuds to auto enter stereo mode and push one back to enter mono mode. Or you can pick it up again to resume stereo mode.

Manual connection: When earbuds are turned off, manually turn on the two earbuds. Wait 2-3s for the earbuds to turn on and connect with each other. When indicator lights on both earbuds flash white slowly, turn on device Bluetooth to connect.

How to Use

Factory Setting

If the earbuds cannot be connected and used normally, please refer to the following methods: When the earbuds are in the charging case and the charging case has power, long press MFB button for 10s, the earbuds will automatically be reset (the connection records between the two earbuds and device will be cleared).
* If the operation fails, please repeat the above steps; or log in to the official store, contact customer service to view the reset operation video.

One of the Earbuds Mute

It’s unusual indeed, please set earbuds to factory, remove connectivity record on phone and re-connect.

Other Charging Problems

1. White LED turns off after 1 minute. It means your earbuds have been fully charged.
2. The earbuds won’t be charged if the charging case is out of power.
3. LED does not turn on when charging the case. It means that the case has been fully charged so the light does not turn on.

How to Wear
