Precaution

1. It is normal that the speaker will get hot in playing or charging.
2. Please turn off the speaker and disconnect it with all audio devices before cleaning. Do not use alcohol, benzene, or other chemicals to clean the speaker.
3. Do not throw or tread on the speaker. Please place it on a stable surface when in use.
4. Do not place the speaker close to extremely cold or hot objects.
5. Please use the original accessories provided by us. 6. Do not disassemble the speaker without authorization.

Functions

1. Charging: Please fully charge the speaker for about 5-6 hours before first use.(The indicator light is red when charging, and it will turn to green after fully charged.) Use the original charging cable to connect to the power adapter (DC 5V/1A) to get charged.
2. Power On/Off: Long press the power button’ (‘until the blue indicator light flashes, then release the power button, the speaker turns on with a prompt tone.
3. Bluetooth Pairing: After turning on, the blue indicator light keeps flashing quickly. Then open your smartphone’s Bluetooth function, search for and choose “comiso-X26″. After successful pairing, you will hear the”di-di” prompt tone. Now you can play music on your smartphone with this speaker.
4. Automatic Connection: If you already paired it with a phone, tablet, or other Bluetooth device, when It turns on (not for the first time), the speaker will automatically pair with this smartphone.
5. After paired successfully, the blue light stays lighting, and you can play music or video via it, and you can check the battery level on your phone.
6. When you are playing music via Bluetooth, short press “+” to increase the volume, long press “+” to listen to the next song Functions
7. When you are playing music via Bluetooth, short press “—” to decrease the volume, long press ” -” to listen to previous song.
8. When the speaker is connected with the IOS device, the volume control is synchronized.
9. After paired successfully, short press ” ” to play and pause.
10. After paired successfully, when there is a calling, short press “ ” button to pick up the call by this speaker, long-press the “011- button for 2 seconds to reject this call, and when answering the call, short press the ” button to end it. Redial: double press the ”  ” button, your smartphone will redial your last dialed number.
11. .Automatic Power Off: the speaker will turn off in 10 minutes in the below situations to save battery power:
    A. the device is not connected
    B: the phone is out of transmission range.
    C: the Bluetooth is turned off on your phone.
12. Pair to Another Smartphone: Method
    A: Turn off the smartphone A’s Bluetooth function, you will hear the “” prompt tone and the blue indicator light will turn to flash quickly. Then the smartphone B can search for “Comiso -X26” and choose it to pair. Method B: Long press the “ ” button for 3 seconds until you hear the ”
    prompt tone, the blue indicator light will turn to flash quickly, it means that the smartphone B could search for “Comiso -X26 ” and choose it to pair.
13. Clear Paired Information: The speaker can remember up to 8 device’s pairing information, if you need to clear this information, turn on the speaker, and long-press the “A” button for 6 seconds until you hear the “di-di” prompt tone and the pairing information list is cleared.
14. TWS connection: Power on the two speakers.do not pair it with your phone, first short press the “ ” button of each speaker to set them into the TWS pairing mode, and the blue indicator flashes twice with a “di-di-prompt tone after being paired successfully. And then open the Bluetooth in your phone to connect one of the Comiso-X26 to play music. Under TWS mode, long press “ ” of either speaker to disconnect the TWS function.
15. Low Battery Warning: When the speaker’s battery is less than 20%, the red indicator light will flash, then please charge the speaker. When the battery is less than 5%,it will turn off automatically.
16. If the speaker is not to be used for a long time, please fully charge it at least once a month to avoid decreasing the speaker battery life.
17. Note: When speakers are in TWS pairing mode, all the control functions are in sync, so please only operate one of them.

Troubleshooting

1. The “Comiso-X26” device is in the smartphone’s Bluetooth device list, but failed to connect.
   Reason A: The speaker is not in pairing mode
   Solution: Long press the “ ” button for about 3 seconds to set it to pairing mode, when the blue indicator light flashes fast, choose “comiso-X26” to pair.
   Reason B: The speaker’s paired information has been cleared.
   Solution: Delete the device “comiso-X26” in your phone, then search”comiso-X26- and choose it to pair again.
2. The smartphone could not search”comiso-X26″.
   Reason: The speaker is not in pairing mode.
   Solution: Long press the ” ” button for about 3 seconds to set it into pairing mode, when the blue indicator light flashes fast, choose “Comiso-X26” to pair.
3. The charging time is too long.
   Reason: The adapter’s power output is too low, and the charging cable’s consumption is too high.
   Solution: Please choose the adapter with output not less than DC 5V/1A and use the original charging cable.

   C. The speaker is not purchased from an authorized dealer and no authorized dealer’s stamp on the warranty card.
   D. The date of purchase on the warranty card has been changed.
   E. The speaker’s malfunction or damage appears during shipment.
   F. The speaker’s malfunction or damage is caused by disassembly or repairing without authorization.

Pick up Comiso Earbuds from charging remover plastic sheet from Earbuds. Then Power on and pair each other automatically. Then activate your phone Bluetooth to search COMISO E6 to connect.

Click the MFB button of the earbuds once to answer the call.

Are they compatible with iPhone 12 Pro Max?

Bluetooth connection can be made if there is Bluetooth on the phone.

How is the mic quality?

I don’t use the mic often but seems to be very good. Very happy with these so far.

How do you put the headphones into Mono mode?

I just take one out of the case at a time. Always works fine for me.

Do these earpods work with XR iPhone

Yes, they work with any Smartphone that has Bluetooth wireless on it, and I know all iPhones are compatible. The earbuds have a little case that has a charge card included, and you need to use their charge card when recharging them. Once it’s charged, you can just connect it to your iPhone using Bluetooth and you can go anywhere with them. I use mine for the gym and no hanging cords are necessary once it’s fully charged

Will it connect to iPhone?
